I ordered the new Steak Garlic Fries and a #8 combo. I took my food to the table and ate a taco. Started to try the new fries and they were cold. At the same time my GF ordered some nacho fries. I took my cold garlic steak fries to the counter and reported the issue. The attendant took my complaint and went behind the prep line with the cold fries. My GF received her Nacho fries and they also were cold as well. I had to call for a manager because now while waiting for new hot fries my tacos got cold. The lack of concern and attention to detail from the staff is disturbing. The staff had no sense of drive or willingness to excell in customer service. Apparently from reading other reviews it is a recurring issue with cold fries. This store is in a tourist area and not only does it put Taco Bell as a company in bad light it reflects on TN tourism as well.

Food was good, or as good as Taco Bell can be. Asked for sour cream and was told they charge for it. Must be getting bad to charge for onemlittle squirt. The lady cops an attitude and becomes defensive when I told her the meal uses to come with it. I paid my $1.06 and got one little cup of sour cream. Cost cutting measures and bad attitude employees abound at this location.

I was denied access to eat in the dining room. The lady at the cash register took one look and said ” I can’t allow your dog in here.” I replied with “Really?”. She sarcastically said “Really”. My dog is a service dog. Just because I carry her in a pouch and she is small doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a job. I could have easily made a scene and won, but I just took my business elsewhere. The employees need to be trained better about how to handle service animals.

I’m not sure if this is how good all taco bells are around here or what, but we are from Ohio and this was hands down the best we’ve ever had. The potatoes were so fresh, the fries were so fresh, the cheese tasted delicious and the tortillas were like a whole other experience because they were SO soft.

To start with the I ask for hot fries to turn around and get cold fries and tacos that wasn’t made correctly. As you can see the toppings are in the bad . The manager John could care less called and spoke to him not professional by no means. If I could not rate this place it would be a negative star. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The District manager needs to come retrain the workers on better service.

Took 20 mins for 1 item. I placed a mobile order.And apparently they never looked at the screen to see if it was there. I had to yell multiple times for somebody to come up to the front. One of the guys was spinning around in circles. It’s one of the ladies walked by and said, ugh, instead of helping me

I would vote for this Taco Bell to be the friendliest restaurant ever! My wife and I always stop here first on our way to the Knoxville Zoo. Everyone is so genuinely friendly and the food is always perfect. I just wanted to thank everyone there for always making our day happier!

Food is 50/50 like 80% off taco bell, but they train their employees to sound like they cant run a drive though and have no common sense. They also have you wait at the menu board instead of just pulling up when you done ordering. Im not sure if this is a drive through time thing but everyone knows they do it? Sooo…. or maybe its the fact they cant have more than one order in the cue or they cant function…. im not sure

My order was to go which was order number 11. After arriving home I opened my order to 2 cantina chicken crispy tacos. The tacos had almost no meat a small amount of cheese if any at all. The shells were burnt. I paid for uneatable food. I tried many times to call manager of course they never answered. I would suggest a minus ⭐️ if possible. Why not answer the phone? Why serve terrible food? I ask would you serve this unfit food to your mother? Shame on you for not answering your phone poor management at its best.

I came through the drive through. They said the cinnabons come naked with no cinnamon and politely asked to give us our missing supreme burrito. Highly rude. They said we come back through again we can’t get our food. Never had an issue until tonight. My freeze is also half melted like what.
