My daughter and me, my daughter was hungry for some egg rolls, and I wanted a hamburger, so she picked out Jack in the box. It was nice to walk in quiet friendly atmosphere. The attendant not forcing me in front of a screen to order by myself. Was happy to take our order fast and courteous What’s very helpful,. Enjoyed dinner with my daughter. Thanks Jack!!

You are a fast food place not a dine in restaurant. I expect to pull up to the window, pay, get my food and leave. Not asked to drive forward and wait for my order for 10 minutes just so your employees can save their dear drive up time for their stats.

Miguel took our drive up order. The tone of his voice clearly indicates that he does not want to be there. He gave my husband and I attitude when we asked for extra salsa. 2 packets would have been great not 12! He obnoxiously gave us an overfilled handful and slammed the window hard as if we were annoying him. This is exactly why we never fast food. The food is gross and the service sucks. Thanks for my tacos with lettuce
