WHAT HAS MADE SPRING CREEK A FAVORITE DINING DESTINATION SINCE 1980? First and foremost are our delicious barbeque specialties – ribs, brisket, chicken, sausage, pulled pork, ham and turkey. With pits fired up daily at all of our locations, we get up early to hickory-smoke all of your favorites, and our ribs are then chargrilled for extra flavor. We feature a homemade BBQ sauce, made from our own secret recipe, fries and okra cooked to order, fresh salads with homemade dressings, giant loaded baked potatoes and the best home-baked bread you’ll ever taste. We can proudly say that we are still slow smoking after all these years!

1st of all I don’t give bad reviews but this one I had to say something. Been going here for years and decided to take my mom out for her birthday which is also on Valentines day. As we were waiting for our entourage, a rat was living in the front stand. When my wife told the worker about the rat, the worker acted as if they knew about the problem. We all lost our appetite and walked out. A few others coming and going also saw this. I’m sure if there’s one then there’s more. I will be contacting the Texas Department of Health and Human Services. See the pictures attached.

Ribs tasted old both baby back and spare, they had a twangy taste and were not eaten. Chicken was cold. Sides looked and tasted old as well. Rolls given in line were hard. Fries came out hot but had lots of black pepper – kids thought they were spicy. Food was just subpar…will not be returning. When you pay $100 you want great bbq and that’s not what we got. Definitely not worth the $$$ spent. Will not be returning and would NOT recommend.

Alberto and his crew helped us host our grandmother’s 98th birthday. The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming our very large group of 30 people. They were attentive and everybody had their needs met. Food service was great and they constantly checked on our party.

This is my first order. I really wanted a baked potato . I ordered a baked potato with no meat along with a 3 meats plate with 2 sides. The food arrived via a dasher safely with a little heat to it . The first take out container I opened was the 3 meats and 2 sides the sauces which I didn’t choose were on the side. I was disappointed seeing the small amount of meat in my container. I chose traditional sausage, pulled pork and brisket. My meat plate looked like what was left before closing . My order was placed via doordash less than 2 hours after they opened. The size of the baked potato didn’t disappoint. I don’t understand why people put yellow mustard in potato salad I don’t like it. Everything tasted okay the best food item were the yeast rolls I was surprised to see in a white paper bag for me to enjoy which I did.

Im very impressed today from the mesquite staff , today was our mothers 98th birthday and we went to celebrate with spring creek , employees have great attitude the food was delicious and every single employee would offer help witch we love and the manager on shift sang happy birthday to my mother with all the employees after we finished eating the tall manager offered-us blue bell ice cream to all our family , great experience in spring creek will definitely come back for more memories the bread lady would open the door for all the guest we visit a lot of restaurants and not a-lot open doors we are really impressed of spring creek barbecue .
