Great service and great vibes!
We had such a good experience thanks to our waiter Sam the man! He was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right away. Service was quick, attentive, and easygoing—exactly what you want in a casual, friendly restaurant.
He checked on us often, made sure everything was right, and had a great attitude the whole time. Nothing felt rushed, and we really appreciated how genuine and upbeat he were.
This kind of service makes a big difference, and it definitely made our visit better. We’ll be back for sure!

I had a great experience here and felt compelled to leave a review because of the staff. Our server, Sam, was absolutely fantastic, attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing. Sam checked in at all the right times and had such a warm, welcoming attitude that really elevated our meal.
I also want to give a shoutout to Anisa, who wasn’t our server but still went out of her way to help and be incredibly kind whenever she passed by. You can tell she truly cares about guests having a great experience.
Lastly, the general manager Charlie was amazing. Charlie was present, personable, and clearly runs a great team. It’s rare to see management so engaged and supportive, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs.
Between the excellent service and the welcoming environment, this place truly stands out. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a fantastic dinner at Applebee’s tonight! Our server, Shianne , was absolutely top-notch. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks stayed full without us even having to ask. It’s rare to get such high-quality service these days—Shianne really made our night. I appreciate that she always goes above and beyond for us anytime we visit.

There I was, seated like royalty, basking in my peaceful red-on-red ambiance, cracking open an ice-cold Modelo like it owed me money. Somewhere in the distance, my bone-in hot wings were released from the kitchen. I could smell them as they rounded the corner—slowly, dramatically—toward my table.
Then he appeared. A wonderfully well-dressed, properly groomed gentleman. The kind of presence that makes the hairs on your leg stand up for absolutely no reason. Hah.
He placed the wings in front of me with reverence. And without missing a beat—before I could even register the lack of napkins—he declared he’d grab some.
In under 26 seconds (I counted), and before the lovely bartender could even reach behind her, this man gracefully secured napkins from the wild so I could devour my wings with dignity—hands and face intact.
Service? Impeccable. Wings? Dangerous. Moment? Legendary.

Franklin (not sure if he is a busser, food runner, or what…..hardest worker in the entire restaurant). When we asked him what his role is, he just expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to earn his way. Wow! Joey was our bartender/server. He has a personality that I would come back for regularly. Not sure who was on the station that cooked my steak perfectly but to be honest I had low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. Best experience at a chain restaurant that I have had in a long time. Even the manager, Charles, checked in and poured me a glass of wine. I will be returning, likely as a regular very specifically because of the staff though the food and drinks were good as well

We came here for the first time to try it outs since it’s new. I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the service was. Tim was our server and he was top tier! I was a server for many years and I definitely appreciated his vibrant personality and even how he catered to my picky little. Definitely going back again soon. Such awesome vibes!!!

So unfortunately we didn’t like the food, my wife’s noodles were soggy, it was some chicken sause dish. My mac and cheese (side) tasted very bland and just unflavorful. My Steak and Green Beans were good, and we usually get the same appetizer every time anyways and that was good. We were just shocked and very disappointed about the quality of our food. We’ve never had an experience like that at Applebee’s where what we ordered just didnt taste…good?! 🙁 Somethings changed, im hoping our next experience with the food is better. Our server was amazing and the environment was great

Came in here for a late lunch with my gf and our server Brandon was great. I work in hospitality and could tell he works well with the other members of the team. All of our food and drink came out quickly. Definitely hope we get him as our server again.
