My husband and I usually stop by this Dairy Queen once a month after dinner. Our last visit during the day shift was so bad I felt compelled to write a review.
We visited on a weekday after lunch. I had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time to be rang up at the counter.
Someone I believe was a manager finally rang me up and said “we will get you your order as soon as possible.” He immediately exits the counter and goes into the seating area, where he talks to a group of other off duty employees and family members. He holds a baby, and the group talks about their family member/co-worker who didn’t attend his court date.
Meanwhile, another worker who I can only assume was in training, haphazardly made our order. My dipped cone was handed to my husband already dripping everywhere because it wasn’t dipped properly.
My husband’s blizzard was so watery that if they would have turned it upside down like they are suppose to, every bit of that blizzard would have fallen out of the cup.

They’re constantly closing before their posted hours. They literally turned the lights off after we pulled into the parking lot 50 minutes before close. Change the hours if the manager is aware of this or hire staff that actually want to work.

We stopped by for a rest after the zoo. The service was spectacular with the staff being friendly and welcoming giving our service dog a pup cup.
They were flexible and accommodating to give us the right product and offered a refund for it.
If you ever need a sweet treat after the zoo, this is the place to go.

It’s hard to rate food when you can’t get service. 3 people working drive thru (manager finally came out of hiding once I complained). At least acknowledge a customer in the store and that will help.

Chicken tenders and burger both room temperature. Fries were the only thing fresh and the pretzels but the beer cheese was gelatinous and disgusting. To top it all off the lady bringing me my food grabbed a fry off the tray and put it back in my basket with bare hands right in front of us.

Talk about a memorable experience. The grill caught on fire, and they blamed someone from an earlier shift on that. The bathroom was disgusting, I expect that at a gas station, toilet paper strewn all over the floor, the sink mirror was covered in dried water. Where’s the pride?
We got a number for our order, but had to pick it up ourselves. Nobody even said it was ready. Three different customers in the building.

Loved it! Loved my banana split! I ordered a chicken sandwich the combo and it was good, well taste was awesome but next time I will ask for them to extra cook my chicken . BUT I will definitely recommend it! For you next stop…(about the chicken that’s personal likes, I mean the chicken was cooked thoroughly but I still like it overcooked which I didn’t mention that to the cashier so that was my fault .) And banana split are delicious! Clean, fast and friendly staff…Recommend !

Yesterday I waited in line for at least 15/20 mins after work just for my blizzard to be all the way melted & the girl at the window literally looked at me like she knew it was wrong & seen the expression on my face, no flip test or nothing. Very disappointed due to the fact that I had just visit this restaurant A few days prior and got the same exact thing, but it was not melted. These blizzard aren’t cheap so to get a half melted one is a waste of money.

As much as I want to rate this location 5 stars I just can’t. The servers have always been helpful, but the drive thru process is a joke. I have never gone through the line and actually received my order at the window. Today, it took 15 min to get a mini blizzard and to make matters worse, they handed it to me melted (see pic). Disappointed is an understatement.
