I went there on a Sunday evening around 4pm-ish. It was a take out order. The parking lot was about 50% full. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about the food/menu items when we asked them questions. They also made some recommendations on what meats would be best for the menu items we ordered, which was appreciated.
I don’t have any comments on the inside dining area but from what I can see while waiting for my food, there’s plenty of room although not sure if they will have room for seating 6 people. I’m sure they would be able to push a couple of tables together. But that’s besides the point as we did not dine in.
I ordered the Chiles Relleno – my first time having that dish. I felt that the chiles itself was a bit undercooked for my liking. It might need a couple more minutes in the oven or fryer. I didn’t ask before had but the black beans are mashed. I was thinking it would be whole black beans but I didn’t mind so much.
Torta w/ fries. Fries were made freshly – I know because my homemade fries looks and taste the same as theirs. The sandwich was more than enough.
Other dishes we ordered but I didn’t get to taste was the two burritos. They were big as the Chipotle ones except they tasted more authentic. We also ordered Quesabarria, which I did not have a chance to taste but from the looks of it, looks delicious.
I would definitely return to this place if I have a craving for Mexican food.
And very fresh and flavorful WITHOUT a huge amount of salty salt.
Will go back if in area.
Prices are average. 2 dishes are priced normal but you receive 1 enchilada instead of 3 or 1 suffer pepper instead of 3 at other places. Did not order them not aware of size
The ladies working here are Spanish and great English.
Cooks are fast but not lightning. Just roght for the perfect char and taste.
Plenty of parking
Not very much seating.
