This review is based on my opinion and my experience only.

I went there on a Sunday evening around 4pm-ish. It was a take out order. The parking lot was about 50% full. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about the food/menu items when we asked them questions. They also made some recommendations on what meats would be best for the menu items we ordered, which was appreciated.

I don’t have any comments on the inside dining area but from what I can see while waiting for my food, there’s plenty of room although not sure if they will have room for seating 6 people. I’m sure they would be able to push a couple of tables together. But that’s besides the point as we did not dine in.

I ordered the Chiles Relleno – my first time having that dish. I felt that the chiles itself was a bit undercooked for my liking. It might need a couple more minutes in the oven or fryer. I didn’t ask before had but the black beans are mashed. I was thinking it would be whole black beans but I didn’t mind so much.

Torta w/ fries. Fries were made freshly – I know because my homemade fries looks and taste the same as theirs. The sandwich was more than enough.

Other dishes we ordered but I didn’t get to taste was the two burritos. They were big as the Chipotle ones except they tasted more authentic. We also ordered Quesabarria, which I did not have a chance to taste but from the looks of it, looks delicious.

I would definitely return to this place if I have a craving for Mexican food.

We loved it! Nice atmosphere with music playing, friendly quick service and delicious food. There’s outdoor seating too. We didn’t have margaritas but they looked good. Mexican beers are available too. We will be back for sure.

Huge planter of food!
And very fresh and flavorful WITHOUT a huge amount of salty salt.

Will go back if in area.
Prices are average. 2 dishes are priced normal but you receive 1 enchilada instead of 3 or 1 suffer pepper instead of 3 at other places. Did not order them not aware of size

The ladies working here are Spanish and great English.

Cooks are fast but not lightning. Just roght for the perfect char and taste.

Plenty of parking

Not very much seating.

Super good food. Had the chicken chimichanga and the chicken tasted home cooked. If only they could sell the tortilla chips as I would have boughten a bag to bring home. Most of the chips I have been having at other restaurants are stale and these tasted fresh & warm.

I’ve been driving by for almost 2 years. Today I stopped and was NOT disappointed. The tomalles are huge and so good. The tacos are off the chart. Fresh and hot. The restaurant is clean and cozy. Verenice took really good care of me. She’s so sweet. I can’t wait to bring my wife here!!

This was my first time visiting Pancho’s Taqueria, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owner personally welcomed me and took the time to walk me through the menu in great detail, which made me feel right at home. The dining room was spotless, and the service was not only friendly but also impressively quick. The food was fresh and delicious — you can tell they take real pride in what they do. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!

It’s our first visit. A little surprised not to be served complimentary chips salsa For the First time ever at a Mexican restaurant in the US but We had good food and good service. We enjoyed a variety of margaritas. Thanks Valerie for the hospitality. The link on the card did not work. I love supporting a small family run establishment.

Very authentic Mexican food. I highly recommend the sandwich options with chicken, beef and/ or refried beans . Black beans are the healthiest option. Very wide selection of beverages including fruity Latino beverages. Side note : I decided to dine here at Panchos after watching a local News report concerning undocumented immigrants. Two I.C.E. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents detained a loyal Latino employee last January 2026. He was taken to Texas. Later, an immigration attorney was able to get him back to Minnesota . The manager said he is back at this restaurant. Thanks to the 50 degree plus weather the past 5 days, most of the ice and snow has melted. Hundreds of I.C.E. agents are being taken out of Minneapolis this past week ! Ice and I.C.E. are melting! The menu prices are very affordable. Fine customer service by loyal and professional waitresses. Very convenient location in Circle Pines.
