Dear olivia this is my first time in a Waffle House and walking in to you dancing and having a friendly face and smile really changed my opinion on the rumors of how awful Waffle House is. This Waffle House with Olivia is amazing! Very kind very welcoming give that girl a raise to management!!!! Her dancing and lip singing to the music in her free time made this Waffle House such a beautiful place for me an my husband to eat at!! Very friendly very kind and very educated!! Again she deserves a raise!

Crystal our waitress was very polite and nice.
The only problem with the food was, they charge .50cents for toppings for the hash brown, I asked for sauteed onions not raw ones and I also got the ham (can’t remember the terminology) I got like 4 cubes of ham.
I only brought the raw onions to her attention and she took the easy way out to say she’ll remove the onions from the bill AN ENTIRE .50CENTS WHOOOO HOOOO.
I’m a flight attendant and also been in customer service for more than 20 years and I think the proper thing to do was offered to bring me sauteed onions. It probably was a training thing because like I said she was really nice to us. She did apologize also though.

We had to send 3 different foods back because they were not the way we ordered them. Our server was less than attentive and the cook didn’t seem to know much about cooking the order correctly.
