Very bad customer service. When I entered I needed to go to the bathroom and they made me order first before they wanted to open the bathroom for me. When ordering he charged me double a combo, I ordered everything medium and one made me double. The dining room was very cold and I asked if they could turn off the fans and they didn’t know how to do it. That if I wanted my money back, I would return tomorrow because the manager wasn’t there. I was just passing by because I’m from another state. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

First of all it is very clean with super friendly staff. Compared to other Carl’s Jr. their foods are much tastier. I asked them to do my fries well done (which I always ask) and surprisingly they did an awesome job which I never got from any of their other stores in Las Vegas. Also as I have mentioned earlier this place is not only the cleanest but also less crowded. They have a good amount and spacious parking spots with easy entrance and exit from the main road. It has wheelchair access and tables. The only thing is it’s a bit away from the main Strip. But for me and my family you did very good job team

Me and my father went to this Carl’s JR and my dad got a burger and 2 bites into the burger he had a LONG piece of hair IN HIS FOOD. my dad had his hair up before we went into the restaurant and there was still a long piece of brunette hair. don’t EAT HERE unless you like hair in your food.
