I ordered 20 wings for take-out and drove over 14 miles from Fort Knox to Elizabethtown to pick them up. I ordered four different flavors, including Mango Habanero. When I arrived home and was ready to eat, I realized that the Mango Habanero flavor had not been added to the wings, and I ended up eating them without any sauce.
In addition to this issue, when I arrived at the store to pick up my order, the young lady at the counter was in a conversation with another employee. I did not receive a greeting or any acknowledgment. She did not ask how she could help me—I had to speak first and let her know that I was there for a pickup order.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak with wedges. Girlfriend ordered wings, her wings were great my Philly was horribly. I refused to eat it and pay for it. Clearly I was the cooks first ever Philly.

Ordered 15 traditional wings and a bacon melt with mild, curry and wild sauces. The curry had a great flavor and the wild was not hot enough for me. The wings were not breaded and just fried with sauce just the way I like them.. The fries came to the table cold the melt was tasty. I wish i pt some hot sauce on it. Services was good, he was alway paying attention of we needed something. We will be back.

Food was hot and good. I love crispy hot wings that are actually spicy. Their hottest sauce is decently spicy. The drinks were made well. The restrooms were clean. The wait staff was attentive. I think the waitresses name was Hayley. She was very good at her job. Would return.

Absolutely horrible experience for me and my family. Chicken was old as heck and waaay dry and rubbery. The fries were gross and cold our food was clearly old. No napkins and no fork for my cake either had to eat it with my hand and that was a mess and service wasnt good they told us they would make us new food and they handed us the same old chicken heated up probably done in the microwave and we paid 43 dollars for it… we are very disappointed. On top of it I just came from the vet my dog just died and I just wanted some good food… so this made my day worse.

The last time I went was November 5th and it was the worse experience I ever had my food was cold I don’t even think they had the right favor on my wings because they was a little heat which sweet BBQ shouldn’t been no heat, they seated us where no one else was so the server we had wasn’t her section so she wasn’t around much but she did good, half the crew kept going in and out the side door which we was seated right in front of so the cold air would come in on us which made my food even more cold I’m not the one to complain because I work in a restaurant myself so I didn’t send food back I just took it has a L but also heard 2 employees whole conversation while they was just sitting there at a table like customers which I should’ve never heard any of it no customer should. I wouldn’t even made a post but this wasn’t the first time that the food was cold 2nd time now.

Don’t go there alot because of the huge crowds on Sunday…Football! Today was amazing! Tay was phenomenal!! I haven’t had a great server like her in a very long time! She asked what game we wanted and put it right there in front of us. Previous times its not been well but today made up for it. Tay is definitely the best!

I usually like Buffalo Wild Wings and consider myself a repeat customer. However, our most recent experience was a complete disappointment and may have convinced us to never return. Our wings from our last visit were tiny, overcooked and dry. Not the quality we’ve been accustomed to from multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations. If this is their new standard, I’ll stay away. If this is your first time coming to this location, proceed with caution.

Wings were terrible. We were there midday around 3 pm figured we would get fresh but I think we got lunch leftovers. Service was ok. Still had to wait for refills and there was less than 20 people in the place. Will not be going back that is for sure
