Four star family restaurant gets Five stars from me! Everything about this place was great. Every course of the meal was served piping hot and in a timely manner by pleasant staff. The restaurant is clean, neat and well maintained. The food was delicious and very well prepared. I had a dinner of fish and jumbo shrimp and a glass of wine. It came with soup and included dessert for a total of $21.00 What a great value in this day and age!

They have updated their dining area, the food is delicious! Our waitress was super friendly, and very quick with getting our order in! I had the mpr burger, it came with onion rings and cheese curds on the burger with fries and soup! My bf got the Philly Supreme, with fries and soup as well! Everything was very good! Wasn’t really busy either.

Had dinner here on a Sunday night. This restaurant is always busy so we swung in. The interior is not much to write home about, but when it comes to food, it is pretty darn good. We ordered the dumpling soup which included homemade dumplings and was great tasting. Then we had the patty melt with fries and the Country fried steak with baked potato. Both meals did not disappoint at all. It should be remembered that even though looks can be deceiving, the food can be quite satisfying. Great Job 4 Star!

My 1st time here. Ate alone. Was greeted right away by who I can only assume, was the owner. The table he directed me to sit at, had a sanitizer bottle on it, so i just picked a different nearby table. Busser gave me a menu & got my OJ. Food was good. Ordered biscuits & gravy, which was good but I felt there was way too many mushrooms in the gravy & if there was sausage (which there should be), there was VERY VERY LITTLE! Other than that, it was good. The bacon was perfectly crisp as I love it that way. The eggs & hashbrowns were also good. Waitress was friendly, although I didn’t catch her name, as none of the staff wears name tags of any sort. Price was reasonable. Would eat here again & bring my family 4 a nice friendly, breakfast atmosphere.

4 Star offers one of the best breakfasts in town. I love going there for breakfast. When it comes to lunch and dinner, their food is Mhhhhh. When will family restaurants learn that quantity does not equal quality. I was there yesterday with friends, and our server was outstanding, but the food was mediocre at best. I had the hot-beef sandwich and the beef was slices very thin, (think Arby’s roast beef, but not as flavorful). The potatoes were good, but the gravy was straight out of a can, and waaaaaay too salty! Will I go there again? Absolutely, for breakfast. I love the vibe, just not the food.

Excellent place. Kids menu, senior menu and so many choices of food. Something for everyone here. All our choices were delicious. Service was amazing and food came out fast. Went for lunch on Friday around 1pm and was not too busy yet. Will definitely be back to try more dishes. Great family diner!!

3 stars for the atmosphere, older hometown restaurant…but BEST in town hashbrowns…tasty, generous servings of home cuisine. Had the chopped steak and shrimp, enough for two full meals and so good. Service was excellent and friendly.
