Visited Today Dinner Time Ordered 1 Hot N Spicy Meal 2 Spicy Deluxe Sandwiches And A Medium Fry Sandwiches Chicken Was Dry And Stale medium Fries Were Missing Called store Requesting A Refund EE Questioned Weather They Had Charged me Because she Remembered My Order i Said its on My receipt I was Charged Why Im Calling I Go Back And Got a Replacement Of fries As I Get Home Open the French Fries And they Were Overly Salty As If Was Done Purposely I Live Right Down The Street Usually go To Spot convenience The Quality And Service Has Significantly Dropped I am A regular Customer Who Visits on Average 3x a Week Different Day Parts Management needs To Understand The Quality and service Is Not to Standard Which Might Give You Reasoning For Drop In Sales Volume Has Also Dropped Significantly Always a Hit and Miss

This location appears more modern with high ceilings and a spacious parking lot with an additional gated parking lot that may be opened during really busy times. We went through the drive thru just for dessert. There’s two lines with colorful menu boards. We were a bit disappointed when they only offered hot fudge for sundaes and Oreo cookie Mc Flurries with no others flavors offered. We received our items pretty quick and were on our way. It was a Wednesday evening around 7:00 pm.

While it was typical McDonalds food, it was well prepared, served hot and fast. The staff I encountered were very friendly and caring, performing above the average Mcdonalds.

Liked this MCDonald’s more then most. The Big Mac was stuffed and tasty. Good atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. I noticed there were power outlets under one of the tables. Unusual these days with most places chasing you out if you need to charge your phone. Good experience.

Has big mac combo over 25yrs never changed the menu but now we always having their vanilla soft corn ice cream. Reasonable price but funny thing is every spot has different size of ice cream 🙂

Cynthia, a store manager, took my drive-thru order around noon time on Halloween day and she was so rude on the speaker. They need to have someone else take customer orders because she was sarcastic and very demeaning.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. 12/7/2022 8PM. See the picture of male staff is treating customer badly. I came to pick up order. Was standing in front of pickup side for 20 minutes. Staff was walking around but ignored customers. They walked by but didn’t ask me a word. The female staff ignored them take other orders. The male staff ignored as well. I told the male staff I am picking up. He said pls wait, then walked away.
I was the first in line. Then 2 other customers stepped in after me. After another 10 minutes I told the male staff I’ve been standing here 15 minutes and they have to serve people who ordered first (first come first serve) but they ignored people who is already ordered, then taking others. So very greedy. The male staff then gave orders to the 2 customers after me, but ignored me. Didn’t say a word.
I decided to just left!
Never come back!

Update: the kitchen is afraid of lettuce. Anytime I order something with lettuce, there’s either none or barely any. Whats the deal?
These people can’t get a 2 topping item right to save their lives. The photo is of a burger that’s supposed to have lettuce on it. Where’s it at? The second sandwich had lettuce a pickle. That’s not what I ordered. The incompetence is astounding. Why did fast-food workers get an increased minimum wage again?
