Just ordered through drive-thru, they asked me to park in the front to wait for my food then proceeded to take 30 minutes to make my order. My food was luke warm and my nacho frys are cold…. next time after payment I will not be pulling to the front to wait, I will stay put until they bring my food. Your wait times are not my problem. Do better please

Tacos, Nachos and 3 layers wrap were fine. Service was slow, no staff on counter to help. Cashier should be friendly with customers specifically kids.

Horrible I’ve never had a burnt Mexican pizza I was all the way 3 miles out of town when I seen it the guys that where working had zero hustle it was shameful I watch a lady walk out because no one would acknowledge her and take her order sad worse I ever seen. I didn’t get the sides I paid for never again …Do better

Came in around 11, line was long in the drive through but boy was it worth the wait. We are from Idaho and the Taco bells there are usually lacking. This one got the order right the first time and it was hot and extremely well made. I honestly have never had the nacho sauce ( for the fries) be hot. Absolutely mind-blowing. Will definitely be back.

I had to walk through the drive thru with my service animal to get my mobile pick up, due to the lobby being closed. The disappointment I had after walking to a store to get me a soda, I had open my bag to find no napkins and not even my sauce packes I paid for. I called the store to ask for them the gm answered the phone and told me to come through drive thru to get them. Grabbing those I still did not receive napkins. at this point i am upset my food is burnt and taste horrible. If this is taco bell’s finest. they need to work harder. I will not advise anyone to get a crunch wrap.

We stopped in on our way home to Salem. They took our order and said they didn’t know how long it would be.We even had to ask for our debit card back. We have been waiting for our food in the parking lot now for over 20 minutes and 3 people are still ahead of us. The shut down the drive thru. I have never waited so long at any fast food restaurant. It is not even dinner time, it is 10 p.m. at night. They said they had door dash orders to fill first, yet I am here at their establishment waiting.

We waited 45 minutes, and there were more people than just us who waited for longer. There was a boy about 12 who had been waiting before we even got here. The woman was rude when he asked how long it would be. He said it, but it’s been 20 minutes. They were just parking everyone who came through the drive-thru. It was a big mess, for sure.
