We all know MC. Food was what you’d expect—consistent and decent for a quick meal—but the service was noticeably slow last 2 times. It took much longer than usual to get a simple order, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Staff was polite, but the wait definitely took away from the “fast” in fast food. Hoping for quicker service on the next visit.

The girl working at 1 AM last night should at the very least be written up or only allowed to work during the day. She talked with her friend for about 20 minutes with two other cars in line. I was about to leave and she had her friend exit the drive through just to get back into line so they could talk at the first window instead of the second. I was then trapped inside. I only ordered two drinks and it overall took 30 minutes to get out of the drive through.

3:30am ordered the Mcdouble value meal. They weren’t serving breakfast yet. Waited in the drive up 10+ minutes for stale food.

KS#13 was completely rude during my drive thru order this evening at 10:45 PM.
Ice cream was not served this evening and the worst part is the food was served cold.

Great location and friendly staff. It’s the closest mcdonalds from the camarillo exit and nicely remodeled inside. Clean restroom and up to date touch screen ordering system adds to convenience. Restroom was nice and clean. Location is literally off the on ramp of 101fwy and the staff was nice. Seating area was clean and not busy at all at my time of visit.

Ordered my Carmel frappe with extra Carmel and extra chocolate as well. I get one every day. What i got was a regular Carmel frappe. When I pointed this out to the drive through person he got all argumentative and said it was all on the bottom, lies! This is the dozzenth time I have had issues here. They are now on my worst of McDonald’s list. There’s better restaurants near by. I am done with this dump.
