This is a fine example of how a store is run. Clean, fast, excellent service. Joey? Working the counter A+++ Everytime I’ve been in there. Dude is busting his butt, cleaning tables, talking to guest, even switching to Spanish for customers.

I went one day because I’m close and have fur babies as well I was disappointed the manager didn’t give pup cups. However I went again asked for my order to be packed a certain way Olga did great in addition I thought I’d ask again and we were blessed to get the manager PATTI who also loves fur babies and gave me two pup cups for my female Pug and my big boy I appreciate I found out to go when she is on shift. Thank you. I forget the guys name at the first window great customer service.

Went today and yesterday. The girl at the second does not care about the job she does. Tried to not give me a ranch so I asked after learning my lesson yesterday, I called and they thought it was the funniest thing. NO CARING MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION and they are now charging 6.50 for the 5 dollar meal. Definitely not going back here

Tasted good, it’s McDonald’s, it tasted like McDonald’s: delicious. Sat in play area (kinda small, wish it was a bigger playground, but nevertheless there IS one, along with some computer games too) and we had prompt service – food brought to our table, with ketchup and napkins: 10/10 I wish too that there were more vibes: pictures on wall, plants, etc, but again, it’s McDonald’s, it’s how they / all fast food is these days: gotta bring your own vibes.

Worst McDonalds *ever*! Dined in, cashier messed messed up my order completely, but didn’t give me a receipt after I paid, so I didn’t know till our disgusting order was up! I ordered the Bacon Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with Medium Fries & Large Caramel Macchiato substituted for the beverage. What I got was a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese with NO BACON & *STILL RAW* in the middle of *BOTH PATTIES*, SMALL Fries, LARGE Fountain Beverage & 1 SMALL Caramel Macchiato *AT ADDITIONAL COST*! When I spoke to the Manager about my Macchiato, all he would do to fix it is actually give me the Large Beverage cup I had already paid for but not received! Then when I asked him what temperature he believed my burger had been cooked to, he snottily replied “175!”, even though I was showing him the raw burger I had been given! I asked him to please make it again, but the correct burger I actually ordered (with Bacon) & meat cooked to a proper temperature & he did….still no bacon. When asked why, he replied that I didn’t pay for bacon, even though I ordered it & already tried to pay for it! This place sucks! Go elsewhere, for your own safety!!!
Also, the playground was closed when we arrived & it should’ve been open. Had to *beg* the cashier then the manager to let my daughter play im the playland that should’ve still been open!

My only complaint, we have NEVER received fresh French fries at 2pm, office is down the street so this is one of our go to places for quick lunch at 2pm. After numerous visits receiving old cold fries for our lunch time, we go elsewhere if we want fries with lunch.

That’s the best thing about going to McDonald’s you know what to expect, seem like they were short-handed the manager helped me out with my order so I had a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese french fries and soda I have to say that the meat it’s better than it used to be at McDonald’s but the french fries needs a lot of work I don’t know if they overcooked it or they got a new company but it’s not as good as used to be.

It truly boggles my mind how they’re able to get orders wrong so often.
Large fry. This is how I received them. I had to circle back through the drive-thru to get another order. They apologized, but WHY would they ever serve this to a customer???
