We both got lobster combo meals and shared. Everything was delicious! Our server, Matt, was outstanding. We didn’t even have to ask for to-go boxes or the bill! He didn’t hover, but he knew what we needed and when. It’s been a long time since we’ve had a server so polite and good at his job!

Seafood was very good; neither my husband nor I cared for the seasoning in his Chesapeake fries ( but really…does anyone go to Red Lobster for the fries?)! Broiled flounder is not on the menu (only fried or stuffed flounder found there), but if you ask, it IS available. We were pleasantly surprised the restaurant wasn’t crowded at lunchtime on a Saturday. Scallops, coconut shrimp, and grilled shrimp were all as good as I’d hoped. Service friendly and timely. Will be back.

Service was poor. Waitress felt that another table was more important because they had a bigger party. Sge didn’t come back to check on us and we waited over 10 minutes to get our check.

I haven’t been to a Red Lobster in years and my wife has never been. Texas Roadhouse had a 3 hour wait so we thought hey here’s our chance. Bad call. I had to salt and pepper my linguini a bunch. None of the workers seemed happy to be there. My wife’s steak was burnt on one side and the other side was more medium than the preferred medium well. Our waitress seemed mad if we needed another drink or wanted more biscuits. Which is by far the only thing they have going for them. Let’s just face it. Red Lobster is not what it used to be. You couldn’t pay me to go there again!

Always loved Red Lobster but ate there today and think we may have gotten food poisoning. Thought the lobster was just overcooked but my son and I have been sick since eating there. I’m talking vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps….the whole shebang….won’t be going back

First time ever ate at red lobster and it will be my last. No one seemed to be happy to be at work. The only thing good about the meal was the biscuits and tea. My steak was unevenly cooked, burnt on one side.

I would like to add-
I thought about walking out as soon as we walked in. There was an elderly couple in line waiting to be seated. One hostess who I’m hoping was on her break wouldn’t look up phone even to get the couple help. The girl who did wait on them was awful.
The only reason we stayed was the young man who seated us. As far as staff he was the most assertive and personable person there. Wish we would’ve walked out though.

Sunday night I and my family came in and we luckily got the same waitress, the food was a bit cold and not up to par as usual but Onya did everything she could to make it right for us! She made my daughter feel so special on her birthday and made her the cutest little lobster ice cream dessert. My daughter was in love with it and she made the experience worth the food! I will forever ask for her!

Red Lobster is a place I worked many years ago and to say customer satisfaction was of the utmost importance is apparently not the case today. Previously when your meal came out not as expected a manager would come out and greet you, apologize then make it right. Today I received lobster tail (everyone knows is not a cheap item) came out taking like some type of fuel. The server who was very attentive took my food to the manager and SHE recommended and lobster tail, only to come out tough. At this point I’m over the experience. But for the price of this food was so overpriced. Customer satisfaction and quality is a rare commodity these days

I don’t think I have ever had food this good. The biscuits were soft and fluffy not dry. I didn’t even need to drink after each bite they were so good! And the mozzarella sticks were soo cheesy and came with 2 different dipping sauces.

We ordered the calamari, double lobster plate and the 1lb crab dish. I literally never had lobster that was so moist and the texture wasn’t chewy at all. It was somewhat flaky and delicious! There was flavor in every bite. And they brought over 2 different butter dipping sauces. I still don’t know if one was for lobster and one for crab but it didn’t matter. I even dipped the potato chunks in it. It was the first time I had real crab so that was an experience! I completely butchered how to open it but I was able to get it out. The waiter was nice enough to help guide us.
By that time we were already a little tipsy from the tripped drink special they had (best 3 drinks I’ve ever had btw!)

The waiter was super nice. He showed us what whe could get for a good price and he kept coming back to see what we needed. He helped us figure out how to crack the crab claws and brought us extra utensils.

Overall the experience and food was amazing! The food was so good we forgot to take pictures of what it looked like before so we just took an after photo. Sorry!❤️
