Went in tonight after work and I have to say one of the best ran Taco Bells I’ve ever been to. It was clean everyone was in uniform cleaning quietly working hard. They had exceptional customer service and being a veteran of the service industry I have to say I was very impressed

Ordered from the app. Talk to the store and waited. Another person who ordered from the app brought my food back into the store that they were given by mistake. Needless to say the food wasn’t hot. I was very disappointed in the South Philadelphia Taco Bell.. I don’t think that store will get my business again

Just avoid the location. Go to another one. Drive-through is super tight (once you’re in line, you’re stuck. And good luck getting back in line to have your order corrected). I gave an order (as shown with my receipt), and what we got was not it. Not to mention what we received tasted bad. Just like if it sat out, and they gave what was left before closing shop.
Not to mention the cashier was beyond unprofessional. Talking to us like we knew them, or something. And then rushing us to order. Cool.
I know it’s a fast-food job, and I know the world is melting. I’ve worked a few. Not the best experience. I’m not asking fot gold bars. I’m asking for what I ordered, and to be on my way.

The food was Phenomenal. The service was pretty good. Atmosphere seemed to be quiet and controlled. The environment was also clean. HOWEVER ☝ I came through the drive-through and ordered a meal, 3 hardshell Dorito tacos) The process of confirming the order for pick went fine it was only until I had to wait at least 10 minutes or more for my food which eventually lead me to pull up, park and go into the store to retrieve my order. They have to work on their time management other than that, they are GREAT !!!

I ordered 1 Cantina Soft Taco and a Nacho Cheese Dorito Loco Taco Supreme. Before this meal, I hadn’t had Taco Bell in almost 15 years. The food now tastes much better than it used to. The service was also on par.
