What an absolutely incredible bbq place!! Walking in all you could smell was the fresh smell of barbeque it was decorated cute for Christmas and the service was quick and friendly. Tho onion rings are phenomenal and they come with a homemade horsey style dipping sauce which was incredible. It was a tough decision to make as they have such a nice menu of different things and it all looked amazing. My husband decided on the brisket sandwich, it was the most tender flavored brisket I’ve had in a long time and the fried were perfectly crunchy and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had pasta on the menu and being an Alfredo loving girl , as soon as I saw house made sauce, I knew I had to try it and it did not disappoint. You can choose between mushroom or broccoli to add I to your chicken Alfredo and it also come with a side salad that was very tasty and Texas toast. Absolutely everything was a 10/10 taste wise and the service and prices made it all the better. 2 meals, an appetizer and drink for under 50$ is a great price point especially given the portion sizes. We will be coming back to try the prime rib and pizzas!

Lively restaurant with friendly service. The food was on point with lots of flavor. The menu was straightforward, a decent price for an abundance of food. The server kept my lemonade flowing and gave me a cup with my to go box. I will return for sure!

We visited on a Saturday at 1 pm for lunch to celebrate my FIL’s birthday. This was our first time visiting the restaurant, although I have ordered the food third party for my husband a few times. My FIL is on the carnivore diet, and this restaurant has many options that he enjoyed. The kids ordered chicken tenders, my MIL and husband enjoyed the brisket chili, and two of us got breakfast and it was delicious. The only complaint I have is the food came out in shifts. Thankfully our children are older and can sit still, but bringing the kids meals out long before the adult meals can be a recipe for disaster. We received the chili first, then the kids meals, and quite a while later the adult meals. The temperature outside was cold so I am understanding, but the restaurant was so cold I was shivering. The food was very good and we will go back, and other than needing to go to the hostess station to ask for a few things the service was wonderful as well.

Friday’s dinner special! Best prime rib I’ve ever had! Smoked in house 16 hours with housemaid seasonings. They have daily specials, including ribs per bone. Along with Taco Tuesday 3 for $12. Quite good!

I get attracted by their pink pig outside every time I pass by. This bbq place is great with authentic bbq items, large screens, a great bar and patio, happy hours, and daily specials. Classic breakfast and brunch are also available.
I had a good dinner here. Servers were friendly. WiFi was fast. I ordered the smoked brisket dinner. The side salad and mashed potatoes with brown gravy tasted amazing. Free bbq sauces were given. However, their brisket was too hard to bite for me. It tasted much worse than the sides, even topped with great mushroom and cheese. The French toast also tasted bad with too much salt. The brisket entree was not cheap, but the size was good. I might recommend trying to order something else such as ribs or fish.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The prices are great for the amount of food you get. The crispy fries are soooo good. The garlic toast was a bit too buttery for my liking, next time I’ll just ask for light butter. The brisket is good stuff (fatty is to be expected) and I didn’t even need sauce. The other 3 members of my party got burgers and they said they were really good.
Also, they have a pretty expansive menu, something for everyone (I actually didn’t check specialty food preferences, sorry). I am a very plain person and there were several options for me: appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, pizzas, dinners, a la carte, and I think kids menu, as well as beer/cocktails. There is a also a breakfast time menu which I would like to go back and try.

Lovely service with a friendly cat that hangs around outside. If you’re lucky, she’ll stop by! We had a large group and got seated right away on the patio, the service was quick and friendly. The Ribs were delicious, the half chicken was cooked to fall apart tender, and the pulled pork was tender and well seasoned. Good selection of sides and breakfast offerings as well.

Me wife, daughter and I stopped by the Pig Iron on a cold snowy Friday evening. I haven’t been here in 10 plus years, but looked at the menu online and decided to give it go. We got the Rueben eggrolls, which were delicious and had plenty of filling. We were pleasantly surprised. I got a plain cheese pizza which was light, tasty and not bready. We tyred the BBQ wings and Buffalo wings which were good. My wife didn’t care for the buffalo sauce, but everybody taste buds are different My daughter tryed the Soutwest burger which was huge with an egg in top. Andwe lived the type of French fries they have. The food was great. I only had one small issue with her alcoholic drinks. I believe the pineapple may have mold in or around the top. I went to mix my pineapple with the tequila and noticed black particle floating at the top. The server quickly replaced my drink with another one. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could. The atmosphere was great and inviting.

Where is management?
The food is fantastic. Portions huge and flavorful. Its what keeps me coming back.
Here is what management needs to work on:
1. Property pride. As you approach the door you are greeted by frozen kitchen towel in the walkway, a water bottles in the shrubbery, and my personal favorite- black bag of dog poo thrown under something in the corner! Nothing says welcome at a restaurant like fecal matter.
I love that you feed the strays. That is a plus. Kindness to animals is king in my book so please dont stop that.
When we walked in the waiter/hostess/bartender was eating at a Hightower in the bar. When he was finished with his phone, he acknowledged us. Come on! Say hello or welcome as you finish your lifesaving text/social media post. I mean, we dont want anyone to die just because we walked in, but a simple hello goes a long way. If no one’s life was on the line, you could actually set the phone down, greet customers and then come back to whatever you were doing. Just a thought. Despite not ordering decaf coffee, that is what we were served. I am not sure why, but im glad I got my caffeine in before leaving the house. I am assuming there is a condiment theft issue because ketchup and jelly are not kept on the tables during breakfast. Our very cordial server asked if we wanted them and provided them. Its just a weird vibe. Our customers steal from us…wait! I’m a customer. Do I seem like a thief?
Again, hot and tasty food. Huge portions. The food doesn’t match the vibes.
