I really wanted a burger. It was good; but considering they have made them smaller and raised the price, I won’t be going there too often. Literally, for what I paid for 2 jr cheeseburgers and med fries, I could have spent $3 more and had gotten a much larger burger and way more fries at Applebee’s. I was just passing Wendy’s on the way home.
Also, I was the only person in the drive-thru and the guy taking my order sounded as though he was so annoyed taking my order. He was sitting on a stool, in a heated place, getting paid…. he should have been thankful because without customers, businesses close and he won’t have a job!

I just left the drive-thru at this Wendy’s hoping to get a quick bite of breakfast and a drink. I really didn’t want the breakfast potatoes because they’ve gotten worse and worse and worse. I pull up to the drive-thru and order my breakfast sandwich and diet Coke and after being told it’s going to be over $9 I noticed the combo price and asked her if it would be better to order it that way in other words would it be cheaper. I wasn’t sure because I don’t know if that combo price is a small soda or a medium and I don’t know what it comes to with the text I didn’t feel like doing math. She got very puffy and puffy with me and said with MUCH exasperation said “I don’t know.” Ok, leave it as is. Could you make the diet coke a Coke Zero. Again being completely irritated with me audibly very loudly huffed and puffed and said you wanted a Coke Zero now I’m going to have to change that.” I was kind of stunned and not really sure if I needed to wait to get any further instruction and she ordered me with the most pissy of voices to come on around. between the crappy customer service and the mid food oh by the way I did end up being given and charged for the combo that I did not ask for and the breakfast potatoes were either crispy and hollow inside or flat and greasy…. I was giving my food and told to have a good day. Well today is the day my angel son would’ve turned 22 so she didn’t exactly start it off well. She needs an attitude adjustment and Wendy’s needs to figure out how to make potatoes that aren’t either overdone or slathered in grease. And there’s so much ice in my soda that I could barely even get my straw in there that’s just ridiculous. Over $3 for a cup of ice and a tiny bit of soda and I know they don’t set the prices but they don’t need to fill the entire cup with ice before giving me a splash of soda.

I only stopped here because a friend that I was out shopping with wanted some Wendy’s take out, so I stopped for her. I did not get anything to eat there, but she loves their cheese burgers. She got a cheeseburger meal.
Also, we didn’t go in. I went through the drive-thru. The drive-thru was quick and easy. No long wait. The cashier at the windows was very nice.

So I walked down from my storage unit to get something to eat.it was early,10 am, but I was in the mood for for a burger..well, I was a half hour early for lunch, so I asked about the next best thing, a frosty..no problem, they are ready..so the woman at the register said something to the manager, which i assume were along the lines of ” my register is still on breakfast, there is no button for frosty”. Without hesitation, he said ok, just give it to him..just when you think customer service is out the window, here is a guy that knows how to take care of the customer..listen up BURGER KING .when you made me wait 12 minutes for a damn double cheese burger and wouldn’t even throw me a small drink.even tho this is my local wendys , I will now remember this and stop here more frequently.

I just had one of the worst meals I have ever had from Wendy’s in general but specifically from this location, first 2 entire meals were missing, the frosty were entirely melted, the meat, fries and bread were all stale to the point I thought I was going to be sick , this used to be the best Wendy’s in our area , not vomit inducing

Not a good experience. I eat late. I went thru the drive thru at approximately 11:10pm give or take . No baked potatoes available. No chili available. Went with a spicy chicken meal with cheese fries. The cheese fries were ice cold. The sandwich was all hard, rubber chicken & my soda was diet instead of regular. I tossed it all in the trash. No effort at all in preparing my meal correctly. Not a good Wendy’s. AVOID.

Ordered and crispy chicken and ended up with a bacon cheeseburger. Not sure what happened but there was only me and 2 other cars in the drive thru at that time. The manger who was servicing food out the window looked very miserable and was rude when wished to have a good rest of her day.

Since March of 2020 I have been going to this Wendy’s restaurant. I have been getting the breakfast here exclusively about twice a month on the weekends. I will have to say it is awesome. The breakfast baconator is my sandwich of choice but the chicken sandwiches are really good too. The really exciting menu item for me is the seasoned potatoes. I always upgrade to a large just to get more potatoes. My son loves them as well and he gets seasoned potatoes exclusively. I really like the mobile app as well because it is one of the easiest to use and they offer lots of free items, offers and now rewards where the more you order you earn points to redeem for menu items. I do usually have to wait for my order as the seasoned potatoes are the limiting item especially when they need to fill 2 large orders. It is worth the wait. I must also say the crew is usually very friendly in the mornings and always thank me for doing business with them.

It’s a little ridiculous now that I come with a bunch of kids I spend almost $100 in food just because nobody ordered chicken nuggets I have to pay $0.25 a sauce and not only that now they said they’re starting to roll out if you get a junior bacon cheeseburger and you want tomato and lettuce on it you’re going to be charged for that too I think that’s a little ridiculous and something needs to be done about it The people are polite everyone there that works great I’m not complaining about them at all it’s the higher ups making these decisions they said and they think it’s a little ridiculous also it’s not fair for them to have to tell us no

Wendy’sThis was just served to me at 1151 Bristol OxfordValley Rd Levittown PA.
Its supposed to be spicy honey barbecue saucy nuggets.
My son wanted Wendys I took the ride over and placed my order.
While telling the person on the speaker what I waned he said something I couldn’t understand. So twice I asked him to repeat himself by saying: I’m sorry? After the second time he got annoyed and raised his voice asking how many I wanted. So I told him. Now registering that this person(who I truly thought was a kid) was so obviously annoyed, I am now annoyed. He tells me to pull around and I do. He hands me everything without speaking to me. In fact the ONLY time he speaks to me is to tell me the total. I get no receipt, no straw, no acknowledgment at all.
Listen, I cant hear out of my left ear, but also, this- who turned out to be a grown man of around 50- MUMBLES into the speaker and hes mad at me for not hearing? I wasnt rude, i wasnt even upset until HE was. And even still there didnt have to be bad vibes at the window too. Shrug it off, dude. But, you know what? He didnt. There is not a person, mainly a manager that can tell he shouldn’t be at the drive through if he gets annoyed that easy?? Come on now. I had NO idea this is what they gave me until I came home and opened it.
Now, this man may be having a bad day, bad week, bad year. And if thats true then i want to say truly, I am sorry for that. But all i wanted was my sons lunch. Im deaf in my left ear, my son is a 27 year old man with down syndrome. He had off work today for a dentist appointment and he asked for Wendy’s.
Im 47 and am going through treatment for a stage 1 breast cancer. So, I too am having a rough year.
I have no problem extending the benefit of the doubt that the other person is not feeling his best, but please do the same for me. And my son- who did nothing but wanted to have a lunch he was excited about. Try not to punish people because you are annoyed, just as you wouldnt want them to do to you.
Thanks, Anna
