I don’t know why I’m even reviewing this BK because the GM obviously doesn’t care at all. But I do want other people to be aware. Ordered tonight after months of not going to bk because of the horrible service but I was craving it tonight. Literally… everything… EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. And cold. The customer service was disgusting behavior- not surprised. And I’m only calling out this BK- not any other. If you want cold food, horrific customer service, missing or incorrect items, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. And if you enjoy incompetence, ignorance, and laziness, also the place for you. As a former manager in a few restaurants, I’m not expecting exceptional service from bk, but I am expecting common sense and literacy of reading a receipt and what was ordered and fulfilling that order.

I ordered carry out at 5pm on Monday March 2 2026. The cashier was rude and rushing me instead of taking my order. He said “im not checking the bags to his coworker”

HORRIBLE!!! From the profanity of the general manager when referring to a drive-thru customer, calling them all kinds of disgusting names. The complete disregard of the customers in the dining room lobby. This place is a total embarrassment. The menu prices have yet to be updated and the entire staff lacks professionalism. This is the second time I walked out empty handed. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN!!!! The times before I have always had something wrong with my food and or drink. I would recommend replacing the entire staff or that the owner takes more accountability over his/ her staff. This location is deplorable

The breaing on the fish was dry and hard the fish was chewy. Fries were not cooked thoughly. Cheesy bits very salty. The phone # on the receipt diconnected. I had to Google it. Recording came on to leave a message. Did that. Used web site on receipt. Voiced my complaint no return call. I threw the food out. I want a full refund $11.52. I will never go there again. Second time food was nasty. 1st time hash rounds were cold and tasted like old grease. 7a
I will contact Fox2 if I dont get my refund.

Lit signage out front states 24 Hours. However, when I went there this past Friday morning, it was closed. Don’t be lazy people. If you are going to close, change the sign. You are giving a good corporation a bad name!

Lady at your drive thru with the short ponytail mid 40/50s is incredibly disrespectful. Mocked my dad for the way he talks and seemed annoyed from the start of our order. I understand you may have had a long day of work but please don’t take it out on us. You can’t get nothing in life from being rude.
