Quiet night maybe 3-4 cars in other stalls. Pulled into a stall and pressed the button to order. Angelyna didn’t even know what stall I was in and had to ask me to check… Ordered a burger combo and hot dog and waited about 20 minutes. She comes out and gives me the correct drink but the completely incorrect order. I didn’t notice until I got back to my hotel. Food is subpar but I like to go for nostalgia, today ruined that experience however.

Sonic: Unfortunately, today I decided to try some items I’d never tried before and was very disappointed. Most of my food ended up in the garbage. The Southwest Chicken was horrible, the fries were cold, but my drink was my favorite. Customer service was slow but very accurate. I dined in, and the restaurant was clean; no complaints.

Only 1 person there working! Waiting 15 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes earlier was crazy. I only waited because I paid and ordered in the app. Burgers were very messy. Drinks weren’t marked coke zero or coke. Fries were too crispy almost like wood. This was the first and last time at this location.

We tried blast and milk shakes; strawberry milkshake, cheesecakes milkcakes, chocoloate blast and M&M blast.
It was very delicious. Kids loved it.
Reasonable price and good service. Mr. Jovanni at the counter was very friendly; smiling and sincere and hardworking.
Though, Most of the people love to eat their food and drink shakes in their cars instead of sitting at the place ( don’t know why). The Tv was really really loud in the sitting hall, maybe that is why people deciding to sit in their car.

Extremely rude staff experience with a young lady with curly hair working the drive thru. We pulled up and they asked for a minute. We waited there for 15 minutes. Nothing said to us. We pull up to the window after seeing the one car there move to see if everything was okay. Waited, knocked on the window. Waited some more finally we saw the employee and we knocked to get her attention. She came extremely rude saying they are backed up we explained we never got service and wanted to order. She looked at us and we were like do we leave like what is going on. She closed the window on us so we left. Worst experience here I understand short staffing but maybe say something in the beginning not leaving us to wait 15 minutes with a line behind us only to help them once we tried to see what was going on at the window. Hope better staff is hired since y’all need more…

Pressed the red button in the stall and waited 10 minutes before I realized they had turned it off. Pressed it again and they tell me to go to the drive thru To order. After 10 minutes in the heat. Rude, and inconsiderate but whatever. Long story short, I paid for a double burger and got a single. Wife got a chicken sandwich and the patty was hard enough to not be able to eat it. Also the tater tots were hard as hell, and cold. I paid $25 for food that was inedible and nasty. I was too far to go back so we just ate what we could and threw away the rest. Hire competent people, sonic.
The place was almost empty on a Saturday, so maybe the service has something to do with that.

Came to this location for breakfast today at about 10 AM. Went through the drive-through and had service from Louis. Probably the rudest service we have ever experienced in our lives. He made such a problem about repeating back our order. Please speak with this employee about customer service relations

I never thought I would complain about this place because never had a I had a problem before. Today I went with my son and my sister to order some food and my son, being picky, told me he didn’t want any lettuce, tomatoes or onions on his burger. I didn’t think they would give me no meat either! I should have checked it while I was still there because I did not notice until I got back home and I was not about to drive back to get a new one since I live pretty far. I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but I am so disappointed.
