Donuts were amazing BUT there is no reason why I (and another group of three) had to wait 30 minutes for a milkshake while others who were behind me ordered dozen donuts and got their orders within 5 minutes. Also, vents needs to be cleaned there was a collection of dust forming on the clothes and walls.

Such reasonably priced donuts! You get freshly made, custom donuts to order. You can beat this! They always have great flavors and toppings, especially their seasonal ones , and the employees are helpful and friendly. The places has a great vibe with the little rubber ducks and has a nice little area to sit and eat the hot fresh donuts.

Duck Donuts
I stopped by Duck Donuts and it was a delicious treat! The donuts were fresh, warm, and made to order—light, soft, and perfectly sweet. I loved being able to choose my own toppings and flavors; each one tasted exactly how I imagined. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the whole experience felt fun and satisfying. If you’re craving a freshly made donut with great flavor combinations, Duck Donuts is definitely worth a stop!

When I first moved to Fayetteville, I enjoyed coming to this location for donuts. My experience today made me want to throw up. I was so grossed out. First, when I arrive in Duck Donuts, there are no employees in the establishment. I literally turned to leave when two ladies walk in from the back. The floor was absolutely sticky and disgusting. I proceed to order a donut because I was already in the shop. The young lady who made my donut had a Duck Donut shirt on that was absolutely filthy. I ordered a maple bacon donut, but there were crumbs and chunks of other donut toppings in my donut. I thoroughly disgusted. I regret eating that donut, but after spending almost $3 in this economy I still ate it. I will never be back to this location. Do better.

Picked up a dozen Duck Donuts for work. The hours state they open at 7 am and if I ordered online it would take 30-40 minutes to be ready. I ordered online and then drove to the store to pick them up. I arrived at 7:35 and they were not ready. When I walked in no employees said anything. I waited at the end of the counter for a minute then walked to the back. Still no response from the staff. After a few minutes the lady behind the counter finally said, “do you need to order something?” I said no I ordered online and I’m here to pick up a dozen. She said that’s probably what he’s working on now so wait down at the end. That was it, no check to see if they got my order, if the employee was indeed working on my order. I walked to the end and waited. While I was down there waiting I started looking around the place. It was a mess, donuts on the counter, with flour all over, didn’t look sanitary. It took almost an hour for them to complete the dozen. The employee handed me a receipt and pen and said sign this. I looked at it there was no signature line, so asked him where and he said anywhere. I signed it got my box and left. They did not say Thank you, Have a nice day, nothing. I cannot recommend Duck Donuts, this was my first and last visit. Place needs a deep cleaning, employees need basic customer service training, and they need to adjust their prep times on their webpage. It’s not 30 mins or 40 mins it’s one hour. All that for $24 and 12 over priced donuts.

First off, place was kind of loud for being empty when I visited; could do without the music blasting so much. Ordered their “fall favorites dozen” as it was kind of confusing what else I could actually order outside of the favorites menus they had plastered at their order counter in the very back of the store. They also have this weird fixture jutting out near the counter you can very easily trip and injure yourself on and have no idea why they’d put that there.
The doughnuts weren’t bad; for a direct comparison to a cake-based one they surpass the factory mass produced slop Dunkin makes but there are smaller shops in the city that outclass them especially if you’re willing to drive to the downtown area. I do appreciate they fill the holes in the doughnuts but it makes them overly sweet to eat even for a sweets eater; bonus regarding this filling, the bacon doughnut gets lots of bacon at least. The doughnuts are made to order so that’s a plus as well so you aren’t eating hours-old toppings sitting out on a tray.
I still prefer yeast-based doughnuts so Krispy Kreme and the small joints that offer them are my go-to. But I suppose overall they ate well even if some were too sweet overall due to the overly saturated glaze we had them. Didn’t try any of their drinks, but I did see the two other people in there order coffees.
The place could also use some dusting and sweeping, you could see remnants of things on the floors and fixtures.

Earlier in the week, someone recommended Duck Donuts. Since we were in the area, we decide to try. After reviewing the menu, we order a variety to try. Walking in it was a pleasure to the donuts were made to order . We were in awe. The male donut maker, seem to take pleasure in his work ethic. His boxes were desirable and picturesque. Unfortunately, he didnt make our order. Sadly, another lady did. Although the donuts were tasty, we had to use utensils to scrap the toppings onto the donuts. Hence, my inability to give 5 stars. Due to presentation.

I’m a coffee guy through and through, and I love duck Donut’s coffee and donuts. Better than any Dunkin run. Just keep in mind, they make your donuts fresh, so don’t expect to be in and out.
Been to this location multiple times. I’ve never had a bad experience. People need to stop being lame and realize that you’re gonna have to wait for 12 fresh donuts.
I LOVE the espresso icing!

We waited up front for 5 to 10 minutes without a hello or anything. The girl up front was making a milkshake, there was a man in the back looking at us and the girl making the donuts was more on her phone. We let the girl know that was on her personal phone we were waiting to order after waiting over 5 minutes she rudely told us the girl up front would get us. The girl up front finally tookour order and acted like she would rather be ANYWHERE else. Barely looked at us barely smiled. I’m a fair person I understand they are busy but at least a hello do you mind waiting a sec? Would have sufficed. With a smile! I don’t ask for much. And I never make reviews but this was bad. If the donuts weren’t so good and my husband hadn’t wanted it I would have gladly walked out.

I tried Duck Donuts last week because someone treated the class and they were DELICIOUS!!! Since then I had to get some for my kids and I. I ordered the cinnamon and sugar small bites and sadly they were not as good, they were hard as a rock! Because of timing I could not turn around. I may try them again but maybe earlier in the day, maybe day shift will care more about what they give out. They really are too good not to give another chance.
