Greeted when walked in. Sat right away even though I had reservations. It was not crowded. Service was good. I had the bison beacon burger. It was all great. Just think that the burgers are a bit small for the price. I come from Chicago were you get a great tasting good size burger and fries for a decent price. Don’t get me wrong, I will return and try something else on the menu.

I really wanted to give this place a better review. I didn’t like the burgers. The service was great as well. The theme of the restaurant was, a bit morose. There were some paintings of battles between the indigenous peoples and European settlers. Wasn’t my favorite vibe. The burgers were good. The chili was good. The French fries were not good. Nothing was excellent except for the service.

Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and their food. Pickles were great. I ordered an Angus Rib Eye and it was rare and flavorful but the meat was only 40% or so edible since the gristle was more overwhelming. I don’t know how any restaurant gets away serving such a poor piece of meat. I won’t be back for this reason alone. Becca, our server was wonderful.

I’m in town for work and wanted some bison. A quick Google search led me here, only about 5 miles from my hotel. I’ll say this, the Bison ribeye was great! I had the salt & pepper onion rings and parmesan roasted broccoli, which were very good as well. I had a Jack and Coke before the food arrived, and a sweet tea with supper. Anyone from the south is aware that it is difficult to find decent sweet tea. Typically, places have iced tea and offer sugar. It isn’t the same! Ted’s has very good brewed sweet tea. I sat at the bar, and service was average for this type of restaurant. The decor overall is quite good. However, there is currently an issue with the heat system, so the ceiling panels are missing. I overheard one of the staff mention that it should be fixed by next week. Overall, it’s a great place to stop and have a good supper!

We love Ted’s. Consistently good food and service. My go-to is the Avalon burger with fries and the dirty martini. Tried the bison burger this time and enjoyed it. It’s milder flavored and juicy. We’ve tried the steak and several of the burgers and have never had a bad meal. Extra points for the fresh, free pickle appetizer.

Nice chill spot for a little date or to take the family. Service was great and food delicious. They had a lot of variety especially when it comes to burgers both beef and bison were delicious. Do plan to spend a little money but it’s worth every penny.
