First time going to McAlisters Deli and I ordered a Cesar wrap. I opened it and this is how it looked. Looks terrible and a waste of money. I could have made a better wrap myself. Very disappointed for how expensive it is there. If it was up to me I think I should receive a full refund.

First time trying this deli. My husband loves an Italian sub but refused to try it because it had ham on it. Instead, he went with the New Yorker and loved it. He enjoyed the chicken tortilla soup. I tried the regular grilled chicken club. It was a little different than I expected, but it was ok. The potato salad was good. I will definitely go back and try other items.

Absolutely delicious! Such a great place to eat and everything is so great! The food was amazing; some of the best I’ve had in a really long time! I’m am so happy with everything me and my group got, and is worth every penny! If your close YOU MUST STOP!

I took my wife and kids here. They have something for everyone. My kids ate everything they orderd. My wife really enjoyed her Reuben and I had the 1/2New Yorker1/2 chipotle chicken baked potato. They have really delicious iced tea.

We wanted chef salads but they don’t offer French or Catalina dressing so we opted for 1/2 chicken club sandwich with 1/2 loaded baked potatoes each.
We didn’t realize honey mustard was on the sandwich (my mistake since it Is listed on the big menu board at the end of the “toppings) and my husband is highly allergic to honey. Further, our baked potatoes were cold, literally. Butter wouldn’t melt at all on them.
I love McAlister’s in Muncie, but this location was a huge disappointment and we decided before we left that we won’t return. Personally, I’m very disappointed and even more surprised by the quality difference from this location to the one mentioned above.

Very busy when we first got there. Staff was prepared and we ordered quickly. They have some nice condiments like pickle spears, banana peppers and some nice sauces. Staff very, very friendly. Manager was leaving for night and put down her purse to help me purchase dessert. She was not put out at all. I recommend this place!

Personal experience:
I ordered a McAlister’s Club and potato chips. The sandwich was bland and the chips had no flavor other than a bit of salt. The bread was low quality. The sandwich was cold. It seemed like something I could put together quite easily at home.

Other guests liked the Berry Pecan Salad and they were glad they ordered a half size. If one used all the sauce provided, it’d be too sweet.

The bathroom was very bright and the music was very loud. It was clean and fully supplied.

The cleanliness of the entrance and main room was poor. Sand and other debris all over the floor.

The servers were able to take orders efficiently and provide food in a timely manner. Nothing stuck out to be superb customer service.

The food is good, especially the black angus, but the store can get a little messy at times. This may be an understaffing issue, or maybe the customers just don’t know how to keep their food on the table. Good option for a quick bite or lunch with a friend.

The massive spud I got was amazing! Definitely could have been two meals but I wanted to finish it because it was so good!
