-5 at this location. I ordered through the app. Arrived to pick up the order and still had to wait almost 10 minutes for COLD FOOD!!! The dude told me the order was already picked up at first, then I ordered a ZERO SUGAR fruit punch and it was wrong. Skyrocketed my blood sugar too 400!!! I’m diabetic and he could’ve killed me!!!! Live chat kept saying “unavailable”, they don’t answer the phone and the 800 number hangs up on you!!! I’m so disgusted. I WANT A REFUND!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I ordered one of the $5 bags, and for some reason I was charged $6.42. The woman taking my order didn’t give me my total over the speaker, and mumbled my total when I got to the window. She also “forgot” what drink I ordered, which in my experience means that they didn’t properly ring up the order in the first place, or she cleared it from the screen as soon as I had paid. As I was pulling away, I received a text from my bank showing the amount charged, which was $6.42. I looked through the bag to see why the price difference, but of course, there was no receipt included. Seems like they are skimming customers here, so this will be my last time at this location.

Have been to this location numerous times. Every time I come here it seems that something is wrong. The food is cold, I order a medium they give me a small, we order special items they get them wrong. Most of the staff have attitude issues however there are a couple that are nice and seem to above and beyond!

It was a Wendy’s. The frosty that tastes like cherry pie was quite tasty however. It has a special name but I can’t remember it. My wife thought they stiffed her on the pecans for her salad but she found them after she completed her meal.

It matters who you employ. Terrible service this visit. Bad enough I’m not sure whether or not I will go back. No staws, didn’t ask what sauce I wanted for nuggets, and couldn’t understand the mumbling and talking to someone else in the background at the drive through. No apologies just a bad attitude from the young lady, like she had better places to be.

We waited 20 mins in the drive thru just to get cold sandwiches. When we brought it to their attention…she argued with us about how they just made everything… when I asked then why are the sandwiches cold…she snatched the sandwich out of my hand and opened the sandwich and said the meat is hot but the bun is just cold…the toaster is down… sorry I can’t help that… we won’t be back agian
