Over the course of a year my experience has been hit and miss here. The homeless people and the long waits couldn’t make me stop coming but today the customer service was ok. I haven’t been able to use my app for some reason so I had the cashier ask the manager if we could use the wifi or receive some type of discount and while she told him no right in front of us she couldn’t even offer us a smile.The food looked like they threw it together back there as there were onion rings in the burger and the burger was served in chunks. My other burger was either microwaved because it stuck to the paper. I would have complained but I think i will call corporate instead. See photos!! And i don’t know what is going in with the ceiling, roof leak maybe but super exposed.

I visit this Burger King regularly, and unfortunately my experiences with an employee/manager named Gustavo have been consistently unpleasant. Whether I go through the drive-thru or inside for a quick snack before they started doing the remodel. His attitude comes across as rude and unprofessional. This isn’t a one-time issue it happens every time I visit while he’s working a REPEATED issue! I hope management addresses this, because the rest of the experience would be fine otherwise. His behavior is not suitable for someone working in customer service

My grandmother just got out the hospital and asked me to grab her some Burger King because she didn’t feel good. She sent me a picture of a coupon she’d like to use so I ordered it in the drive-through when I got up to the window the lady asked for the coupon and I did not have it. She said that I can’t have the food if I didn’t have it but said it’s super rudely I was not aware of this policy then she basically threw my card back at me. I understand if it was corporate policy, but explain explaining it in a nice way would’ve gone a lot better over with me. Also, I saw they literally just threw away the food they had already made me.

So disappointed, we ordered on mobile and spent over $50 and almost $30 of it was missing as was our receipt. Online says it will take 24-48 hours for a response so we’ve called for the last almost 20 minutes as it takes us about 20 minutes to drive back to the nearest location and no response. My kids have special needs and their meals are the 2 missing. It’s very frustrating to receive first, not what we ordered and 2nd no responses. We had also made special requests such as no pickles, no mustard and instead received extra. This is why we usually avoid burger king. Very disappointed especially the staff made my son feel so uncomfortable when he questioned whether or not all the food was there because it didn’t think 1 bag was enough.

I didn’t want to go too harsh on the stars, but tonight (9-29-2025 @ around 21:30hrs); I ordered at the Drive Thru and ordered a Whopper w/ Cheese and a 9-PIECE JALEPENO CHEDDAR BITE. Simple enough, right? The Burger was great…but they gave me a 9-Piece Chicken Tender. The monitor reflected exactly what I ordered, so maybe reading comprehension isn’t their specialty? Apparently neither is answering their phone because I called and called, no answer. This is only my 2nd time ordering from this location, hopefully this is not common with them..

They absolutely worst fast-food option on the planet earth. But this location takes the cake. I’ve had food poisoning 3 times at this location and haven’t eaten there in like 5 plus years. I wonder how it stays in business as bad as it is. The homeless situation out front and un the parking lot are worse than Wal-Mart.

I specifically ordered (2) #1 impossible burger meals w/ NO MAYO, NO CHEESE and NO MAYO, NO PICKLE, NO CHEESE. Its frustrating when they ask is it right on the screen when they still get it wrong on their end. Driving 15miles from another town over because its the closest option, just to get home to a BEEF BURGER WITH CHEESE AND MAYO. Then try and call and no one answers. There aren’t many options for plantbased…It might be time to kick another F.F. spot to the curb.
Maybe yall should have a different wrapper for your impossible burgers because the staff cant seem to tell the difference when bagging orders.

Ordered food via DoorDash and was utterly disappointed I preordered the 2 days before and was perfect did another today in hopes they’d be the same and was disappointed to get cold food and a milkshake put in a soda cup w a soda lid when every other time it’s been the milkshake lid WOULD NOT RECOMMEND workers are also very rude and disrespectful if your workers have attitude about basic job features don’t hire them
