I ordered a burger combo and some chicken tenders for my toddler. The burger was fine not great. The fries were cold and hard. The chicken tenders (3 for $4.99 is outrageous just for some freaking tenders) were way overcooked and tasted burnt. I rarely eat out. Fifteen dollars down the drain for absolute slop. Just really disappointing how much fast food costs and to get served slop. We won’t be back. I’ll be sure to tell people to stay away.

Went and ordered my food. It was quick but half my order was wrong. Missing food and my large chili cheese tots was barely a small. Very poor management. Burgers were burned and had sat way to long. Large popcorn chicken was very small.

Went back to get my chicken bites replaced. That is what the manager told me. Tell them your name is in the book and they will be made hot and fresh. Soooo…I thought I would try it last night and after SEVEN minutes waiting for someone to come to the speaker or something (with only one car on the lot), they disregarded anyone so I left. Soooo tonight I come down and once again only one car on the lot and took FIVE MINUTES to answer!! Then to tell me that my name was NOT in any book. What is wrong with this place?!? Do you not have competent people working that actually answer the button or at least do what they say?!?
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They take your money and couldn’t care less the quality of food they give you!!
11/03/2025 I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. I received a large order of chicken bites that could break your teeth!!! When I called the manager that I spoke to said “they must have been old”. So you know that you’re selling old food?!? I would advise anyone reading this to NOT go to this location. This is the THIRD time that I’ve gotten nasty food. I won’t try it again. They don’t care what they serve. Old or not.

No need to spend time on a review. Read the other bad ones. They are all right. They obviously don’t care. How they manage to keep more than 2 stars I don’t know. Don’t bother messaging back owner. Just keep this place around as a tax write off.

Terrible !! Went down there Monday night around 9:30 ordered #8 Garlic burger ,tots and a small chocolate shake. The burger had garlic rolling off made the burger squishy the tots were over cooked and the shake was like water and tasted awful ! If I hadn’t been so tired I would have went back

Do not go to sonic in Sweetwater TN I spent so much money to feed the kids today damn near $80 where do I start first the chicken tenders omg they was so over cooked my grand daughter wasn’t able to eat them at all they was rock hard. The slushy drink that I ordered was so sour it burnt my throat when I tried drinking it. Tenter bites for the baby same thing rock hard so he wasn’t able to eat them. The onion rings omg they was so over cooked good luck biting into them. Fries was old never again will I ever go back there again.
So you know what my grandchildren ate for their dinner Roman noodles thank you sonic for taking this money of mine and doing a really poor job on your skills of cooking. Maybe you should pay for this and then you try to eat it.

Came to get some quick food. Only to wait over 24 minutes for cold food, and the wrong burger. Multiples people were upset, and waiting just as long as we were. Got the bacon cheeseburger, with a pound of mayonnaise. I try to be patient, especially with places being understaffed, but this was completely terrible. Highly do not recommend, if you are looking for a quick bite.

If Zero stars was an Option this place would rate that. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money at this place!! I keep giving them a chance and they literally don’t care about the food they are willing to serve you. Waited 45 mins on cold dried out food. I will no longer support this business. I am sure it very hard to keep good staff when the food is completely disgusting with lots of angry customers. Doesn’t matter the time or day you will be waiting for 30 plus mins.. poorly ran with no accountability.. Owner should be ashamed!

My husband came through to get us supper and waited for 20 minutes in the drive-through. We didn’t get half of our order so I come back Have to wait about 10 minutesto get the rest of our order and it was my mistake for driving off without checking, but they still did not give us what we were supposed to have. I was supposed to have mozzarella sticks and got an order of tater tots instead and they gave him chili cheese tots instead of regular cheese tots.
