Went through drive thru and got the new chicken sandwich. She asked if I wanted to make it a deluxe ( lettuce and tomato) for .40 more. I said yes. I get my food… just tomatoes. I asked about the lettuce she said that they are out of lettuce. Why would you offer me the deluxe if you knew you all were out of lettuce? Just close this place down . All of them in this area. Service is just terrible. So I paid .40 for one slice of tomato.Not to mention that it’s only 5:30 pm and the inside is closed. Only thing open is the drive thru

Went in for food, but needed to use the restroom. Nope, they not opening the restroom for a paying customer. It wasn’t out of service, just not available for customers. And I guess since I complained, they decided to give me old cold burgers. It’ll likely be another decade before I stop at this white castle again.

Hadn’t been to this White Castles in it seems like a lifetime. Used to be the only one I would patronize. Recently( within the last couple of years) renovated. Food was cool. Could’ve been a little more hotter. But overall still good. Natural Bridge and Kingshighway. Got take out.

Really. Management of this store is nonexistent. The grill area has grease all running down the sides. The cheese station has dried up cheese. The place is just horrible. The toilet has “Blood” all over the seat, urine on the floor and towels just everywhere. The sign on the door says “Customers and Employees Only”. So management has to know about this. I refuse to purchase out of this restaurant! Health dept……S.O.S

This place needs to be cleaned up or shut down, I pulled up on the lot and thought I pulled up in a movie scene from skid road. Drug addicts, drunks and beggers covered the parking lot and walking up to your cars peeping in your cars. We can’t order our food because they standing right at the intercom trying to order food on your ticket, the car in front of me the young lady was afraid and tried to pull her gun out as protection and accidentally pulled the trigger, thank God she wasn’t hurt. It’s very sad the conditions of our city restaurant are going down too I don’t recommend nobody go here sorry. I usually give pretty good reviews but this once horrible I was ashamed, for it.

They could work a little better on their service. But other than that, the store was clean and the food was made fresh. Staff seemed to have no sense of urgency greeting guest and giving out orders.
