Since 1997, Offshore Ale Co. has served Martha’s Vineyard residents and visitors with hearty meals, award-winning craft beers, and an overwhelming sense of community. The island’s first and only brewpub, Offshore dishes up lunch and dinner daily, year-round. Offerings range from brewpub favorites like fish and chips and steamed mussels to delicious thin-crust pizzas and refined seafood entrees. Nine beer taps rotate seasonally through twenty or so styles; there’s something for both the hop heads and easy drinkers in your family.

This place is an old favorite! Was wonderful back in early 2000s and still love it! Beautiful fireplace and lovely, cozy atmosphere. Always full of laughter, conversations and delicious food and drinks. Not friendly for those who have a peanut allergy last time I went, but could have changed! I would definitely call ahead if you have one. I have gone with just adults and also gone with children and equally wonderful time. No pictures of food because too many people in the pictures lol!

We went for an early dinner when it wasn’t too busy. Prices were reasonable. Food was excellent!! Great selection of IPAs and other alcoholic drinks. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about the experience. Will visit again.

We needed to kill 4 hours before our ferry. It was rainy and gloomy. And somehow we had the best moments of our trip hunkered down at Offshore Ale House enjoying the best bowl of chili we’d ever had, some great beers, delicious ribs and a salad. Great staff, great pub atmosphere, and surprisingly good food.

Really good food, and drinks. My daughter and I had a regular cheese pie, and my wife had the chicken sandwich with bbq sauce, cheese, cole slaw and pickles. Topped off white wine and a drunken pumpkin ale, which consists of pumpkin ale with a shot of creamy vodka with a cinnamon sugar rim. If you’re visiting or a local, it’s worth a visit.

You get the classic tavern experience with great service and amazing food. Out server was so sweet and accommodating. She checked on us often. The food was delicious and they offer awesome off-season discounts. We got the Tavern Burger and the BBQ Chicken pizza and both items were delicious, especially the pizza. The beer was also very good and I enjoyed every single one on my flight. My husband got the Imperial stout and it was also amazing! Can’t go wrong here.

I got the Portuguese Seafood Stew and was so impressed with the broth flavor and the amount of seafood in it! I normally don’t love muscles and there was none of the dark gamey flavor I usually dislike. The beer and cocktail selection was pretty good as well and the old copper beer tanks inside gave the place a historic feel. I would not recommend the red ale, it was a bit thematic with the red food coloring but everything else was great
