Okay, so I’d lost all hope for Ole Times after the “Big Beautiful Buyout” and the removal of breakfast, so my expectations weren’t high. There were multiple juvenile employees playing and standing around on the clock.
BUT yesterday, my waitress Elyza was incredible! She was literally wiping down gunk off walls and cleaning tables, and I APPRECIATE that! Our cups never went empty (and I drank fast just to keep her on her toes)! She was attentive! She was so kind to my son and we just LOVED her! She was literally all of the things and it’s rare that you find passionate and kind employees like that nowadays so I just had to come brag on the service because she made our entire experience enjoyable after so many disappointing ones! Will for sure be going back now!

We, my wife and I, love this wonderful place of eatery. We stop by every time we’re in Douglas just to taste their wonderful food. I don’t believe that we have ever been disappointed eating here. We love you guys. Keep up the amazing work.

I saw our waitress Jennifer for the first time. Seeing her was like watching an angel the way she floated so graciously between the tables. My heart stopped for a second, I forgot what I was doing, and where I was. She paid me no mind as she had work to do and I usually don’t exactly cause women to fallout with my dapper good looks. I was there with my older brother, we were on the road all day from New Orleans. That’s a long trip in a car so I wasn’t really looking my best. But Jennifer made us feel welcome and comfortable. It was kinda late, im sure she was tired from the day but never showed it. She was a professional! I got up the courage to talk to her while she was cleaning the table next to ours. She asked me where I was from, my accent sounded weird she said. I replied. Then she said something. (I don’t know what as I was lost in the beauty of her face and the kindness in her voice). Like a pro she never stopped working. And just like that we had to go…Oh and the food was good too!

We went in on a monday. We visit here from another state a couple times a year. I can honestly say we were very disappointed.This time the restaurant was not very busy at one o’clock P.M. They had smoked chicken, fried chicken, and some kind of fried fish. No ribs, no barbecue pork. The okra was tough. All the food just seemed tired. I do not mean this in a bad way but you need to step it up. Since my last visit, the restaurant has gone down drastically. My review is unbiased and honest. After having made a special effort to eat there, I won’t be back. There is no need to respond. The solution is to put good food out again.

First time in Georgia, First time in Douglas…I had to find something good to eat. Saw this place and had to stop for a buffet. Everything I had was good, chicken, porkchop,ribs, barbecue. Paid almost $18 it’s the weekend so expected more choices they had ribs which tasted old and fried chicken and fish nothing else for meat choices , food on line looked like it’s been sitting there a while , I hate to be that guy but employees looked sloppy and The restaurant is extremely dirty , flies everywhere there was mold and gunk all over the hot buffet tables right above the food, equipment all looked dirty , walls were dirty, floors were dirty , besides the fried chicken which was the only thing that tasted fresh food was terrible and nothing like before the banana on the banana pudding was all brown and black , their million dollar bar was a favorite of mine this was thrown in a bowl all stuck together and the chocolate chips tasted old and dried out. But the worst part is how dirty this place looked, never again .

This location was a total disappointment. None of the food was fresh. The bread was hard as brick. I ordered a half tea half lemonade, it was horrible. So I asked for lemonade only, it was worse. I finally asked for just sweet tea. My waitress informed me the lemonade was sugarless. Terrible visit. I won’t be visiting this location again..
