My experiences at this location is USUALLY fantastic! I don’t know what service changes have occurred in the past two weeks or so, but here lately my orders haven’t been accurate. The friendliness of staff is always on point, and my food is often hot and tasteful; but today I’m upset because my biscuit looked like they pieced Humpty Dumpty together. Just how am I supposed to put jelly on this?

This is our go-to Biscuitville location when visiting family. The breakfast is served hot with menu options. We love the spicy biscuit, potato wedges, and their grits are one of the best around.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I ordered for first time loaded smoked sausage fries/platter. Why? Because of the huge picture on the front window. I understand with restaurant advertising you WILL NOT get what you see on commercials, menu boards, ads, etc. BUT AT LEAST COME CLOSE!!! ESPECIALLY if you’re going to charge excessive amounts for small portions! The photos are evidence of what was advertised vs. what I was served. SMH!!!! I have no more words for this thrown together MESS of a meal that was $9.59 before taxes!

I was there this morning around 10:30 and it was super busy. However, each worker was doing a great job to get things done as quickly as they could. I especially wanted to recognize 2 works, that unfortunately I did not get their names but both were working the registers. One mentioned he had been working there for quite a while and he was training the other guy. I was so impressed with how each of them handled themselves with an unruly customer. The customer was really rude to the new guy and the other worker immediately jumped to his defense and handled the situation so well. Great job to both of you! I was so impressed how the new person didn’t let it phase him and moved on to the next customer. Great job to both of these young men, they are assets to your company.

I enjoy going here in the mornings for a quick bite before work. I normally get the strawberry muffin however I have a help request. Can you please add more nonstick spray or something to these muffins? Every morning I peel my muffin paper and half the muffin comes off with it. There was a time when that never happened but now it happens every time I get a muffin

1st time there and it was An Amazing Experience. You can watch biscuits being made while there and many different combinations for an Amazing Biscuit Experience. If you haven’t been there I’d go as fast as I can. Fresh and hot.

The food was pretty okay here, I wanted to get honeybun featured in their menu, but unfortunately it wasn’t available. I got pancakes and an iced tea. Both were good but not exceptional. – 1 star for service though because I didn’t receive a straw in my bag.
