I ordered a three piece mild tender meal and they charged me for a five piece meal. No big deal, I’ll take the extra tenders. However, I got home and only had four tenders. I didn’t get the receipt, so the online Popeyes.com couldn’t help me without a receipt and then the store didn’t answer their phone. Check your count before you leave the store/drive thru!

Crappiest customer service I’ve ever seen in Avast food joint day pretend like they don’t see you when you’re trying to get there attention and after you stand there for half an hour looking stupid what happened to acknowledging the customer’s presence when you’re really busy and giving them a gesture that you will be with them ASAP this particular Popeyes is definitely fit for where it’s at a truck stop fan doesn’t seem to have a problem doing business so less than five star review probably won’t even affect their sales flow but just saying happy customers come back when they experienced great customer service in which the store is definitely lacking 17 bucks for two chicken sandwiches is kind of outrageous when you can sit down at an actual restaurant and have your dinner served to you for that kind of money

First time here. Ordered online from app. I get there and Front doors were locked for some reason during business hours. Only ordered 3 piece spicy tender and signature sauce and napkins. I received regular chicken, no sauce, and no napkins. Luckily since doors were locked and I had to sit in drive thru I had time to read reviews and took advice to check my bag before leaving. Smh. It was a pretty simple order not sure what the issue was.

I think I got lucky today because the chicken was hitting so good this time compared to the other times I’ve gone here. Well seasoned and crispy. Super juicy too! The breast pieces weren’t dry at all for once! Hoping they’re consistently this good.

I’ve dealt with mediocre service here for over a year. It’s fast food, so you don’t expect much. The last several times I’ve gone it has been especially bad service. Managers flirting with staff, obviously pissed employees (par for the course), and old food being served up at the end of a rush. This was my final straw no seasoning on two spicy chicken orders, and see picture.

I have tried this place too many times and I still don’t learn my lesson. They really don’t care about serving good fresh food. They serve mushy old mac cheese, small hard as a rock chicken pieces, stale biscuits, cole slaw taste old and runny, red beans and rice is usually hard and undercooked. What can I say, this location just isn’t good! The Popeyes in Vancouver, Wa on 192nd has been so much better! Pics added are from Milwaukie location, not good.

The place was busy, but the service was good for the most part. Quick and attentive. Only hold up was, being they were busy, the place needed more chicken. But, it’s Popeye’s Chicken…it’s just good fried chicken. The chicken (mild) has been good this far and the service seemed to have improved.
Definitely try this place once and decide for yourself. I’ll keep coming back for more chicken.

I ordered a 24 pc wings only, 6 biscuits and 2 strawberry pies. When I got home, the biscuits were missing and they gave us 2 apple pies. I had to drive all the way back and she apologized and didn’t offer anything for free for the inconvenience. I ask can I get anything for free and she said I can give you another pie but nothing else. Worst experience. Also, their fries are always cold. I won’t be going back to support this location anymore.

Missing sauces, missing biscuit, gave tenders instead of prices, wrong mild instead of spicy, mashed potatoes and gravy instead of red beans and rice. They did, surprisingly, give me the correct drink.

I have been going to this Popeyes location for years. But every time I pick my order up and go home. There something always missing in the bag sauce, fries, not enough chicken. The people are nice but they just can’t seem to put everything I ordered in the bag.
