This is why it’s been a year since I have eaten at McDonald’s, jack the prices on the food but yet same crap food and same crap service. My daughter wanted only mayo on her cheese burger, says it clearly on the receipt only mayo and cheese yet it has mayo, mustard, and ketchup. Thanks for proving why I have stopped eating out at these junk places.

This place should be rated higher! The food and the drinks were amazing. I came here for breakfast and I got two Sasuage Burritos with hot sauce, which was REALLY good. Then for my drink, I got Popping Tropic Refresher which was Mango and Pineapple and it was REALLY good. The service was quick, efficient. The staff was nice. So If you come here, get the burritos . They are so good! They also had a play place for kids.

Ok so the food is always great and it’s rare there’s much of a wait. The inside is usually very clean as well. However, the last 4 times at least that we’ve ordered McNuggets, THERE ISNT ANY SAUCE!! Whyyyy are you doing this to us?!

This is my first time leaving a review anywhere. Everytime I have went to this mcdonalds they forget something, its usually always my chicken nuggets but this time I ordered a bacon mcdouble and fries. They didnt put bacon on the mcdouble and the fries were extermly soggy plus I found a hair im the fries half way throughout eating them. Thought its been a few months since i ordered here maybe its gotten better nope it got worse, Never going to this mcdonalds again!!!

I really try not to leave negative reviews, but this location needs serious process improvements—especially in the drive-thru. There’s clearly no system in place to manage orders correctly. I watched my food and someone else’s get handed to a car that only ordered ice. The employees kept passing out wrong orders, and it made no sense.
After waiting 25 minutes and watching other cars get their food, my order was finally handed over—but everything was wrong. Sandwiches were mixed up and not made correctly. One employee did apologize, and I truly appreciate that, but there’s only so much an apology can do when the real issue is a lack of process and oversight.
I’ve even come back recently for the McDonald’s Monopoly game—it’s fun, and I enjoy participating—but if you can’t even include the game pieces with the order, then don’t run the promotion. It just adds to the disappointment.
This isn’t just on the employees—it’s a management problem. The chaos, the constant mistakes, and the lack of quality control all point to poor leadership. Please do better. Customers shouldn’t have to expect this level of disorganization every visit. It would literally take minimum effort with sticky notes and numbers to fix this issue. How do you not just look at places like Culver’s to see how things can easily be managed in a drive thru system. It’s embarrassing for the customers as well as the employees that nothing is being done to fix basic issues

Just a bag full of disappointment. Order 4 piece mccrispy strips and got two strips and what looks like a strip broken in half to make two. Also my quarter pounder somehow came with lettuce all over. So the bottom bun was inedible.
Would not eat here again. For the prices they charge it should be accurate.

They’re very rude here and they like to rip you off. See my picture, this is how full they think the fries should be. This is very common at this location. When we called to say something this time because we’re sick of it, the manager was very rude. Let me know if you think this picture is acceptable. I guarantee you, not one fry I was taken from this container before taking this photo. Both of our large fries look like this when we received them.

Was in the mood for some burgers so decided to get a delivery from this McDonald’s! Can’t comment on the location since it was a delivery but the food was done just like I ordered it and the driver was very good! The food itself was great, from the nuggets, burgers, andfl fries, I enjoyed all of it! No problems, try this McDonald’s out if you’re close or want a speedy delivery!

No words can explain this. See photos. Ordered a large spicy chicken deluxe meal. Fries were stale and the sandwich speaks for itself. Went to 230pm was in drive thru for 40 minutes.
