I come here because I have a 4 year old who enjoys the play place but every time we come the floor is DIRTY the bathroom is FILTHY….it would take 5 minutes for someone to ACTUALLY SWEEP THE FLOOR a couple times a day…kids are playing it needs to be cleaner !!!…. we’ll probably continue to come here because we live across the street and when it’s raining or cold she can see some of her little friends and get some energy out…. also the wifi doesn’t work anymore

It seems that they care more about the drive thru than in restaurant patrons.Could have went thru drive thru 5 times.
Waited 3 minutes at register to order.They want you to use the kiosks.The worker was looking at me for a minute until I asked if I could order.I ordered a Mcmuffin meal,that’s it.Waited 10 mins for my order but drive thru was moving thru just fine.
I don’t blame the kitchen staff.They seem to work hard.This is management issue.Never come back to this McDonalds.

We had my granddaughters 4th birthday party here on Nov. 7th in the evening. I would like to say the food was very fresh and all if the employees were absolutely amazing. I just wish they would bring back the birthday party packages. But other than that I want to thank all the employees that evening fast service and hot fresh food. My granddaughter had so much fun. Thank you again. Maw maw of the birthday girl.

I think it’s a hit or miss, depending who is working. My food is either not fresh or I don’t get everything I ordered. Today, I ordered the $5 meal with 2 cookies. Where was my cookies. My fault for not looking before I drove off. Smh

Nope, they are just lazy. I tried them one more time and asked for fresh food. The guy told me to pull up to wait for food. He handed me a bag of warm food. Fresh food is not warm and it tasted like it’s been sitting. I definitely won’t go back. 11/24/2025

Went through the drive through at 11:45ish on 2/18 and they were efficient, speedy and on the whole polite.
For the kid taking the money, he could use with saying thank you to folks. But that may not have been his instructions- he literally gave me the total and handed me my card back and thwart was it.
The next guy was friendly, said thank you and have a nice day.
My kid wanted a happy meal- snack- while we were out and he said the meal was fresh out of the fryer, the fries at their McDonald’s best and the nuggets outstanding.
It’s McDonald’s at its best when you can get in and out with the freshest meal!!

Ordered door dash from this location a couple days ago. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel for breakfast. The bagel was so hard it could have been used as a frisby. It was absolutely not edible. The bacon on the sandwich was dried out and burnt.
Gross.
There is no way the person making my order didn’t notice how hard the bagel was. It was literally crunchy, and not just around the edges.

It’s nice to have a kids area, but the place is filthy
Every surface needed cleaned including the chairs. The beverage station was covered in food and trash. The bathrooms were filthy with no soap. Definitely needs attention.

Definitely appreciate the playroom you provide for children.
However upon visiting yesterday I see your men’s bathroom has no soap dispenser (removed from wall). Definitely makes me question how any male employees are washing their hands in your restaurant and cleanliness in general. Let me know when you fix this issue and I’ll take the review down.

I’m not generally a big fan of McD’s food, but this location always gets things right. My fries and sandwich are hot, my wait is not horrible and the staff is friendly. That’s all a reasonable person can ask for.

Just went thru drive thru used mobile app. They asked me to go to spot 1 that it woukd be 2 mins on filet of fish. I said ok. 15 mins later I call them to see if they forgot about me and , they did they wanted to k ow where I was what I ordered. They brought my food out 2 mins after I call. I get back to work and fries are cold and my filet of fish has NO starter sauce. SOOOO irritating, I will not be back!!!!!
