Just ordered limit pepper chicken sammich. I didn’t know it only comes with 1 toast. I don’t feel like going back to get the other toast. I’m just not going to go here anymore. Like how do you forget the top toast that goes on top. These robots that suppose to replace these workers can’t come soon enough

I hate to leave bad reviews. I really do. I never want to be a Karen. I work in customer service and realize how hard it is but as a customer it’s kinda hard to ignore when you’re having consistent issues with quality food. Every single time we order here the seasoning on the fries is pitiful even though I always select extra seasoning for our fries. It just sucks that this is such a consistent issue. As you can see the majority of our fires had no seasoning… Very bland.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. I waited 15 mins after the completion time and went inside to see some of my order sitting on the shelf. I let them know I was missing 2 sandwiches. They said they would make them and bring them out. I then waiting an additional 10 mins before I went back inside and they had not started making the missing sandwiches. After a total of 40mins I had all of my food. The employee said that when you are on the app and select that you are there with your spot number the store does not get any notifications so basically don’t do curbside. I wish I knew that prior to waiting the 40 minutes.

I’m so disappointed. Burnt bread. And burnt bread on the sandwich. How to eat that?! Extremely salty chicken, I can’t even eat that. Sauces are listed-1 ranch, 4 Zax sauce, they didn’t put us any!!! My sandwich is extremely old cold and dry. I didn’t eat that. Fries and pickles are fine. A girl who brought us food had a stone face, 0 emotions, like she was angry. I’m so unhappy.

I’m leaving this review after two frustrating drive-thru visits. I’d been sick with pneumonia and finally had an appetite, so I ordered the “3 tacos for $10.79” plus one extra taco. On my last two visits I was allowed to split styles (2 Avocado Ranch BLT, 2 Chipotle Ranch), but this time I was told “that’s not something we do.” The supervisor’s tone felt dismissive, as if I wasn’t being truthful, and I waited about 10 minutes to sort it out.

After I submitted a complaint, management emailed an apology and asked me to call to resolve it. I spoke with Luis, who invited me to come in and said my meal would be comped to make things right. When I returned and asked for him, someone else handled the order, and at the window, I was told it would be ~$25. I was then told, “Luis said to take one item off,” and offered 50% off that item—instead of honoring what was promised.

This isn’t about free food; it’s about integrity and customer service. Please clarify your policy on mixing taco styles, train staff on respectful, solution-focused communication, and honor commitments made to customers. I’ve contacted corporate as well and hope the team can deliver a consistent, professional experience going forward.

Ordered for curbside and waited 10 minutes after the expected completion time before I tried to call with no answer and then I went inside and my order was just sitting there on the pickup shelf even tho it had a tag on it for curbside spot #2. Get home and realize they never put my Ranch packets for my salad in the bag and I was missing my 2 extra buffalo garlic blaze sauce that I paid extra for. How disappointing. Do better zaxbys!

I’ve always enjoyed eating at Zaxby’s, but at this particular restaurant I felt like they really shorted me on the salad. Prices go up but the food portions get smaller. I didn’t seem to get as much lettuce with this salad as I normally would. Maybe it was an off day I don’t know. But I feel like they need to be more generous at least fill the plate like they always did before.

Honestly just… ew.

I had heard good things about Zaxbys but neither the chicken sandwich nor the fried pickles hit the spot. Both were soaked in grease. I understand it’s fast food but dang at least give the fry basket a shake before dumping in all the grease?

The chicken was a thick piece of chicken that was not seasoned all the way through. I could not finish it because it tasted gross to me. The sandwich was dry and the pickles were pitifully shriveled.

Love the wimpy sauce. After having to go back because they messed up an order from yesterday it took an hour and a half to get yet another messed up COLD order. I already had to have them fix it while I was there as well….. I gave up and left with cold food after 90 minutes of wasted time. And the food is ice cold. I asked that my nibblers meal be tossed and wimpy sauce what you see is what I got I would like to know where the Wimpy sauce is
