Try to place an order at this facility. The speaker at the drive through would not work.So I pulled to the window and told them, hey, your speaker’s not working.She said, okay, can you pull back around …how the hell am I gonna pull back around to place an order when I just told you it’s not working, it’s completely Goofy. I left and won’t be back… also can’t stand how they be pulling people into a parking place, it’s a drive through not a drive in !

Big shoutout to Malik, Lynsey, and Kailey for always being polite, professional, and respectful to customers! They went the extra mile and provided great service to customers this week! I’ve passed through a few times using my Monopoly game rewards and had no problems whatsoever. The food was delicious and the coffee was amazing! Horrible. We had to travel near by due that a family member passed away. We stopped at this location to pick up a grab and go, we ordered at 6:00. 30 minutes later no food. Husband went in, 6 other people were waiting on their order, manager and staff were so confused. Husband noticed so he asked for a refund, the manager was so lost. We ended up waiting for nothing a hungry stomach and an upset toddler.

The Manager is SO nice and helpful..She needs a raise matter of fact get her all the money. One of the workers got our order wrong and she fixed it and was very calm and understanding about it..She is truly a W!

Really not sure why bother having the 2 lanes. More than once I’ve pulled in to drive through before another vehicle and the person in drive thru took the other vehicle order first. They didn’t pull in directly after me either. Was at least a minute. It’s happened in both lanes more than once. I go there daily but I am considering going somewhere else with better service.

For years we have come thru the drive thru to make our purchase ( almost on a weekly basis). Today we decided to go in and dine. And this will be our last.
The order was incorrect. Could not get a receipt, dining area was dirty, tables sticky, bathroom was horrible with no paper towels. The condiments area was dirty, no lids, unorganized.
There was only one other couple in the dining area with us, and maybe 5 cars went thru the drive thru area in the hour we was there.
I have never been a fan of McDonald’s, but my family is, so I’m glad to go with them. But no more for me at this establishment.
I gave it one star, because that was the only way to leave a review, and there was one employee, that was very polite.

This McDonalds is always slow. Be prepared to waste at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. Doesn’t matter the time of day. Morning or night, the wait will be long.
