I went with the chicken tenders it says on the menu that this is a southern staple I must admit it’s not for me way to heavy I should have taken just a salad or something the chipotle sauce is normally mayo paprika there it’s a black thick sauce was ok had the fries and coleslaw I did wash this down with a very good ipa dogfish head. I did enjoy that
If I go back I will stay with salad or grilled way better.
I was surprised that there wasn’t any outside space for seating.

O’Charley’s is nice clean atmosphere with great food and great service. I am definitely going to go there again. Our waiter was excellent. Ordered a side entree to-go and will enjoy it tomorrow as well

I ate at O’Charley’s Tuesday 24th, 2026. My server was Lisa and she was phenomenal! Very attentive she gave us exactly what we needed the entire time we visited. We ate during happy hour which is Monday through Friday from 2pm – 5pm and we had so much good food and our total was only 40 dollars! Very good food great service all for an affordable price! Well done

Went to eat here the other night and I ordered the top shelf combo appetizer… the chicken strips were so small they were smaller than my index finger. Literally like they got a chicken strip and cut it into 3 pieces. Nothing like the photo shows. The waitress was great but she didnt know how to refill drinks. I had to share with my son and there were only 3 other guest in the whole building. Food prices went up and sizes of food went down!

Sarah G was our waitress and did a good job. You could tell they were short handed, especially in the kitchen. Sarah was also bussing her own tables.
The food – very meh. I got the Cajun sirloin. Crappy and fatty cut, not really sure it even classifies as a sirloin. Not medium rare. Son got the regular sirloin. Not worth the price paid.
Wife got grilled chicken. Very dense and tough. Taste was fine.
Overall, not recommended. Food has gone way downhill.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Service was mediocre at best, never offered refills. Took over an hour to let us know they were out of pasta for the entree we ordered. Brought one told us 10 min on the pasta 30 min later server comes back to tell us we can order anything for free. Seriously?! We’ve already eaten the first entree. No they weren’t busy! We were literally the only table for our server. While the one entree we did get was actually pretty good the experience was awful and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

First time here and it didn’t disappoint, the chicken harvest soup was awesome and the louisiana steak was great smothered in onions and mushrooms covered in gravy, my wife had ribs and sirloin. We will definitely come back again

We had never been here. Stopped in for lunch after visiting HomeDepot. We were greeted and shown to a table by a very nice person. Our server was named Miles and he was so sweet and polite and helpful. My husband ordered a pineapple tangerine margarita which was delicious! I got a regular one which was also good. I ordered chicken tenders. They were just ok. My husband got a seafood platter of some sort. It was fine, just nothing to write home about. Overall, it was just an unremarkable meal and not sure that we’ll go back.

Service was slow, order was inaccurate and had missing items. Waitstaff was inattentive. Chicken tenders and coleslaw was good but the grilled chicken that came with the Cajun chicken pasta tasted like it was microwaved in a plastic bag. If you want something simple, cheap, and aren’t in a hurry then this place will work out for you. But stick to the simple stuff.

So we’ve eaten here several times. I took my mom and kids here tonight for mother’s day dinner. They only had 2 servers and a 45 min wait. When we were seated our server Yasmine was fantastic. She was speedy, polite, nice, she tended to our needs without pestering us. For them to be short staffed she did exceptional. Only complaint was my son’s steak was overcooked and tough to cut and chew. Other than that it was fantastic
