Took me 30 mins for small breakfast order. They served 30 other customers while i waited at front of line. Finally i had pull over, get out, go in and demand my food. They hadn’t even started my order yet. The Manager told me its really difficult to make the single big breakfast platter i ordered. No i didn’t get a refund or an apology. It took nearly 40 mins total.

This location continues to improve leaps and bounds. Past several visits have always resulted in quick and fast food. Sometimes it can take a minute for someone to come to the register, but they keep busy. Store was always being cleaned as I came in.

Worse sauage and egg mcmuffin. Eggs not fully cooked, sausage warm not hot. Took a long time and I was one of two customers and drive thru was empty. Health Department should close the place. 7:30 am in a Thursday was my visit that should be there best effort time. Music playing ethnic not McD music and in the middle of my meal two workers taking a smoke break at my exit point. I will never come back. McD should shut them down.

1st of all, they were out of Grinch meals. We ordered our food at the register and we got our drinks and sat down. We waited and waited, people came in and ordered and got there food. I went to the front and asked for our food, the girl never finished transaction, so we waited for nothing. When we got our food, the cheese burgers were dry. Not going back to this location.

Staff isn’t use to being called out when they mess up! I check my order before I leave location so it can be corrected right then and there. Not my fault yall don’t seem to know how to count this was in ref to a 40pcs nugget if your going to put them in 10ct package you need 4 not 3 .

Went after school for lunch like I usually would and ordered my usual. 10pc nuggets, medium fries, and a Dr. Pepper. I bit into my first nugget when I got home and thought it tasted a little different than it normally would, but I didn’t think about it that much. I was fine up until close to dinner time (I had cereal that morning and didnt have any snacks after lunch). I went to eat dinner with my family and felt so nauseous and couldn’t move because the pain was so bad. Turns out I had gotten food poisoning. I’ve warned a lot of people about my experience and I haven’t gone back since and don’t plan to. McDonald’s has always been such a filthy restaurant. Employees act like someone pissed in their coffee and they just dont give customers the experience McDonald’s is supposed to give. Do better.

Ordered my kids some happy meals, was not happy to find about six fries each in their meals. Also did not ask for no onions or no pickles but that’s what I got. And what the heck is this??? Where is the rest of my burger. I should have known better but my kids rarely ask for happy meals so when they do I say yes knowing dang well it’s gonna be a disappointment.

Horrible food. I’ve been going here for the past 5 years. And every single time I go, the food is so bad and so old that I take more time in between visits. I went yesterday, for lunch at 1200 and hadn’t gone in over 6 months. And was served day old fries and day old nuggets. Ive been a resident in the area since 2018 and It’s safe to say that I will never be going to this establishment ever again. Do not risk getting sick over trash quality lunch. Go literally anywhere else.

There’s literally a McDonald’s directly across the street from my house. This location is about 4 miles away, but I still drive to it because the staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Service is fast, but it’s really the friendly managers and staff that seals it for me. Too many fast food employees get short with folks due to stress, but I’ve never experienced that here. A+
