A hometown favorite since 2007, our Bloomington restaurant crew makes it their mission to serve up our signature Pancheros favorites with a smile and a whole lot of flavor. Rumored to be Bob the Tool’s favorite place to get his mix on (although he says that about every location), here you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere, enthusiastic staff, and all your fresh-made favorites, to dine in or to go.

My quesadilla had decent flavor. But service is not great. I was the only one in line, but still they rushed my order so I had to ask them to open up the quesadilla to add a little jalapeño in there. And the amount of guacamole you get for $2.15 is laughable. Seriously it’s an ounce. We won’t be back.

For my first experience at Pancheros the food was absolutely amazing! So much flavor very fresh!! And the portions were amazing as well i left very full <3 The ambiance was delightful the place was really clean and it had a pleasant smell.
My server Maria on the other hand has a really terrible attitude and needs more work on her customer service skills. My interaction with Maria was not only unpleasant but also very demeaning. I hope that this review can change her perspective on how she should treat paying customers!

This was a lucky find for lunch in an area that does not have a lot of lunch services. I would highly recommend you consider ordering from or going to Pancheros. The burritos are fantastic and I’ve ordered their bowls on two different occasions. Excellent fast service and it’s very obvious they’re happy to have you as a customeralways a smile always a thank you.

Horrible! I got a burrito, never again! The Pancheros in Bloomington, probably all locations use the smallest, 1/2 cup size scoops for meat, much less than Chipotle, half cooked fajita peppers, the worst part, the guy mashes all my food; rice, what little meat, whatever in a mash before wrapping it, didn’t ask for that, a drink, burrito and bowl $34.00! The food half of what you get at Chipotle! Which is saying something, not good! The food “bland”, even the “red sauce” like ketchup! Never again! And they pay their workers, likely below minimum, the guy studied my receipt for a tip before asking me if I wanted it. Lol, nope, sticking with Chipotle until I find something better!

Food poisoning alert. I hate to do this as I was a loyal customer to this location for years. Last weekend, my wife and I got Pancheros and 1 hour after eating, my wife fell terribly ill with what seems to be food poisoning. She was severly ill for close to 24 hours with lingering effects still taking place.
I called the location to report it and they told me their manager was on vacation for a week and to call back next week. It didn’t seem like there was any care at all that my wife was ill.
Unfortunately, this will be our last experience at Pancheros.

Great food! Much better than the other fast food burrito place. The shells are freshly made right in front of you from dough. Staff was amazing and not a long wait. Well staffed and friendly.

This is the last time I eat at this establishment. The bowl doesn’t have to be filled to the top but at least provide a fair value. A few bits of lettuce and cheese. So easy to take shortcuts when it’s ordered online but does it pay in the long run. The first pic is Pancheros the 2nd pic is from Chipotle the very next day.

It is along the lines of chipoltle food & the price is like the same amount.
They offer burritos and bowl’s.
I used to like the burritos they would mix the ingredients on the shell with a spatula before rolling the burritos up and i like that but this last time I ordered a bowl, the guys making the food were fast and did not give any attitude or faces like a lot of fast food places.
The parking was so/ so , if you dont mind walking a little bit it is in a larger parking lot with various establishments and there should be always something open within 50 feet.
Meat options there was chicken, steak, pork, tofuasada.
The salsa options were plentiful and aside from that they put salsa in a shaker there, it is volcano salsa at the table.
I feel this brand is less known than its counterparts chipoltle or qedoba or others maybe if they had a specialty item that others did not offer in addition on there menu or something they could drive in more customers; I recommend offering Huaraches on the menu made with masa or corn tortillas the restaurant already serves everything else that goes on top! It is like a sopes but more authentic and would be a good addition to this store.
