I’m only writing this because the constant notifications to leave a review have finally worn me down. To be blunt, I’m not exactly a regular at McDonald’s, and this visit reminded me why. I stopped in for a quick take-out meal, but it ended up being a bit of a waste of time and money.
The Food:
I gave the food 2 stars. It just wasn’t good. I tried to eat it, but I didn’t even finish the meal before it ended up in the trash. It didn’t feel fresh or particularly satisfying, and for the price—even at the $1–$10 range—it just didn’t feel worth it. If you’re a fan of the Golden Arches, you might feel differently, but for me, it was a miss.
The Service and Atmosphere:
The service was adequate (3 stars). Nothing special, but they got the job done. The atmosphere was your typical fast-food environment—”whatever” sums it up pretty well. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking and a free lot, and the place is definitely wheelchair accessible.
Final Verdict:
If you need something kid-friendly or you’re in a pinch, it’s fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it for the food quality. I’m clearly biased because I’m not a fan of the chain, but this experience didn’t do anything to change my mind.

Really strange McDonald’s location. The counter space is tiny at this restaurant, so all the customers huddle around the front in very little space while waiting for their orders. I went with a mobile order and it took 40 minutes to get my food after arriving. When did fast food get this slow? With all the time it took to get my order, I was surprised my Big Mac came out so disheveled like after a long night on a bender and getting jumped on the way home.

ordered two different kinds of burgers-however they were both plain. Yet somehow they managed to make both wrong. It took a while for food to come out, maybe someone was new or something. Blond guy with glasses was nice though! Maybe he was manager? He did his best to get the other worker to correct it. 🙂

Came in the morning and was greeted with a friendly smile. The location is very clean. New booths in the dining area. Up beat music to help get the morning started. The only need here is more staff. The staff looks overwhelmed and the food order takes awhile to get served. Kiosk are available if you are looking to skip the line.

I asked for ketchup on my burgers. I don’t know what I got on there but it wasn’t ketchup. It smelled and tasted horrible. Can’t get that smell out of my nose

Grabbed breakfast before work, took a small bite and unwrapped my sandwich to discover a hair on my food. Absolutely disgusting. Went to get my money back, didn’t even get an apology, and received a nasty attitude from the workers. Hairnets should be a requirement

A very nice and comfortable place to dine-in or order take-out. The service was exceptional. I ordered breakfast meal with the app and someone brought the food out to my table when it was ready. It was very cool.

They didn’t give us any napkins for dine-in, so we asked the waitress, but she just pretended to be busy and ignored us. The American customers next to us got napkins with their meals, while my child had to wipe his hands on the burger wrapper… Speechless. The Indian cashier’s service was really poor.

This is probably one of the worst mcdonalds around. Both menu screens in both drive thrus are just permanently broken and are never replaced, always have to pull in front of the restaurant from the drive thru so someone can walk your order to your window 10 minutes later, always skimp on fries, and the food was cold.

The best tasting and best service McDonald’s in SoCal!!

We have been going ground all the different SoCal McDonald’s to try to find a specific Happy Meal toy that our 3-year-old is looking for. No luck in all of them! They also all came back to say no to any request of exchangw even if the toy is unopened and we kept getting the same unwanted toy from them after a couple boxes. We didn’t mind one or two same ones, but after 3 or 4 the same toys (and we ate all the food that came with it), we asked if the manager could switch out the next toy a bit at the next box. All said no and it’s “random” (how random is it if you keep giving out the same toy time after time?)

Here is the exception: THIS manager is kind enough to say “fair enough. We have already sold you a couple happy meals with the same piece of toy that you don’t want. Let’s switch it up a bit so your 3 year old can be happy after all.” They did not continue with this endless scamming practice that many other McDonald’s engage in!

We are returning here for all our McDonald’s need from now on, not just happy meals! This is the best McDonald’s manager of all!
