Had not been to a Popeyes in over a year. Went today and was disappointed in the chicken. Didn’t taste at all like it used to. The BISCUIT was still FABULOUS!

This location just can’t get it right. Every time I’ve gone through the drive through I’m told to park out front to receive my order. I end up waiting 30+ min for blackened chicken tenders and I normally have to go in and remind them. They are not busy so I don’t understand how they can forget an order or for it to take a long time to make. In the past I told them my name, went inside to see if it was ready and they had an order ready for someone else and asked me if I was sure it wasn’t my order…. Under someone else’s name….This past time I waited 30 minutes and when I got home realized they got my order wrong. I like their food but will not be returning to this location. I would recommend others do the same.

I have been craving Popeyes for a while and decided to stop by. Turns out I forgot my debit card at another merchant nearby, I ordered my food and noticed I forgot my card, well, the cashier let me have the meal for free. This is the type of Godliness I really appreciate and will always pray for and reward. This town hasn’t been too kind to me since moving back in 2022, but I’m hoping this is a sign of a new beginning. God bless this woman Also makes up for my horrible experience in Houston working for Popeyes with Mr. Osage in Clearlake a few years ago. You are forgiven Popeyes

Completely messed up my order. I initially noticed they forgot a side. I went in and notified them. All employees I interacted with had an extremely thick accent and none of us were understanding each other.
I called the location when we got home because we realized they forgot an entire family meal as well (we had a large order). They guy that answered also couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand him. He put me on hold, hung up, and then they stopped answering the phone.

Raised all prices. Prices are higher than posted. No good flavors anymore. Old and smashed buns. Cold French fries. Do you really think it is a good business to charge for sauces? No this is absolutely rip off! Shame on you popeyes. You lost my business for life!

i guess popeyes has decided to charge more and give less in there sides. Well at least this location. not sure why teenagers are running the place. waited a short time for my order, then the person at the window decided i didnt need the drink i ordered with my meal. she just wanted me gone even though no ne else was behind me in the drive through.
anyway, i was very disappointed with there product. the rice was very old/hard. the mac and cheese was old and clumpy.
this place has really went down the toilet in the past couple of years.
i wont be going back to this place.

Ordered shrimp through t-mobile Tuesday offer, made me to wait 20 mins in drive through, and another 20 minutes in front the store to serve the order. Is there a way , can I report them to Popeyes management,. I could have cooked that shrimp myself in that time. Maintained by bunch of school kids, unless you want to wait and fell the hunger just by taste, I suggest you avoid this place. My first ever Popeyes experience, will be the last and it’s worst.

My family and I have ordered with online app 6 times past 6 weeks. The food always free, store clean and organized even the chicken and sides. I love this place. Fresh chicken not dried out.

Workers didnt speak english vey well. Chicken was burnt, biscuits were burnt.Employee was playing Anti ice videos at the front counter. I go for the food, not the politics. Will not be returning . Why have counter help that faces a language barrier?..
