The assistant manger is rude and lacks any customer service!!!! Ordered Avocado toast asked for it to be lightly toasted well that’s NOT what I received it was burnt with all the bagel seasoning dumped on top. I called to let them know when I got down the road I couldn’t get anyone to answer. After 30min of calling someone answered and gave the call to AM she was rude told me to drive back up there so they could see the toast. I told them I took a pic and I wasn’t driving 20min back could they take my name for a credit she hung up on me and they never answered the phone again. This place has horrible service and must be desperate to have this person as an AM! Will not go back.

If you are trying to order decaf coffee here either or hot or iced for some reason you will never get it. I have watched them several times poor straight from regular when the decaf is right beside it.
The coffee is very good and the food the people are very sweet people.
I’m not sure what it is. I pick up my Mom coffee here and she has to have decaf due to problems with her heart.
I haven’t been able to come anymore with them always giving caffeine and not the decaf. It’s just too dangerous for her. I just hate it for her because she really loves the coffee.
We just can’t EVER seem to get decaf. If any one is looking at this in charge that can help we would really love to keep coming. I just wish they could take it seriously when people order decaf it’s usually not just because. It’s mainly due to health reasons. Thank you so much if you can help with this in any way!

The Griffin store has the rudest lady at drive through. She left off my donut munchkins, I had to go in and get them. Most unpleasant person. I would never want her greeting my customers. Got no recept. So I can’t tell you her name.

There is no type of consistency and therefore I will not be returning. You spend $30 on breakfast just for it not to be made right. Last time I was here I ordered some bacon and they only put 2 pieces of bacon in the bag and my food was cold.

Bagels are not shown on signs, nor is there a price for them. Sausage biscuit with cheese is a cold biscuit with a piece of cold cheese slapped on it. Cost $12 and not good. Never will go back there. What has happened to Dunkin???

I absolutely love these ladies. They are always really sweet when I come in. Also, they are all ladies but they just hired one recent dude a young dude for cooking and he’s really cool too. He comes to the window every now and then. You never really get good service in the food industry, and these girls are always so pleasant and I love it
