I had a great experience at McDonald’s! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. The staff was friendly, quick, and made the whole visit easy and pleasant. My order was accurate, the restaurant was clean, and the service was fast even during a busy time. You really can’t beat the consistency and value—McDonald’s always delivers. I’ll definitely be back!

Took my 9-year-old son out for dinner of his choice. Because his twin sister was invited to Disney on. Ice with a friend. Of course.He chose mcdonald’s after waiting twenty five minutes.We still did not receive our food.I noticed somebody who had ordered after us got their food.So I went up to the counter and asked how much longer it was going to be, because we had not received our food yet.And the girl told me that they must have accidentally given our order to somebody else. We finally got our food within 5 minutes after the fact. Tried to take my son somewhere as a treat. And I can say the service was horrible, so many people working. But a lot of messing around

What a shame I’ve never seen a bigmac patty smaller than the bun and thin as a slice of baloney mcdonald’s has really fell off with their quality of food now adays. No sauce missing all toppings just a giant bun with happy meal patties.

Ordered breakfast with coffee. It was busy and many people were missing items from their orders. I waited an extra 20 minutes at the counter, 10:27 – 10:46, before I got my coffee.
Two staff members were helpful but the male manager on duty kept his back turned to all of the customers and refused to acknowledge any issues.

when they took my order they typed it in wrong then reassured they typed it in right (they still didn’t) pulled me forward, LOST my order and when retold my order they just pulled up the order that still had the wrong details on it. I drove back because they got the food wrong and it was for my autistic child who has a thing with food textures and the manager got irritated at me saying it would be the third time remaking it (which is their fault) and gave attitude for me nicely asking them to still correct my order. I usually liked this location cause I’m kind of a broke gal but this honestly pissed me off. I understand mix ups happen in the food industry that’s fine but the way that I got hit with attitude over their incompetence was crazy lol.
