We ordered at the drive thru and were immediately informed they didn’t have fries or chicken. We should have taken that as our hint to leave immediately. We ordered 2 burgers and 1 ice tea.
We were given the tea and asked to pull forward and they would bring the burgers out. There was no one behind us and the restaurant looked empty. We waited 5 minutes and still our order was not brought to the car. We drove off a went to McDonalds and had a good burger and fries in a timely manner.
Save yourself a lot of frustration don’t stop there.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s restaurant. My family was on a 2-day road trip to attend my father’s funeral, and in the evening we decided to get something to eat at Wendy’s since there’d be nowhere to stop for another two hours. I ordered, and paid for, a baked potato, but they didn’t have any left. The cashier offered me fries instead, but when I said no she KEPT pushing me to get something else like a cookie, fries, or apple bites. I kept saying “no.” A family member finally told her I had wanted the potato because I’m watching my calories.
She called another employee over to refund us for the item they did not have (she was clearly not happy about calling him over to do that) and then proceeded to insult me for being at Wendy’s, saying things like, “She’s watching her calories. I guess you’re in the wrong place, then. I guess you could order water….” Her words, tone and facial expressions were very rude–and she was loud enough for the people dining in to hear what she was saying. Having enough self-respect that I would not tolerate being treated this way I, and some of my family, left the restaurant. While waiting for their food to be prepared, my husband and daughter were subjected to her continued insults about Wendy’s being a place with high calorie food. My daughter picked up our family’s order and told the cashier that she’d been rude and should never treat her customers that way. The cashier proceeded to get defensive. Don’t go to this Wendy’s if you’re a self-respecting person and want to be treated with kindness, whether or not you choose a low calorie item or a high calorie item. It was not my fault that the low calorie potato was out of stock. Rather than making a scene, the logical thing would have been to quietly refund our money when there was nothing else I wanted. It was the lousiest fast food service I have ever experienced.

Disgusting. Hamburger was raw inside. Unfortunately ate part of it while driving and keeping my eyes on the road. Tasted mushy and horrible, but hadn’t had a Wendy’s burger in years so figured they were just not very good. Finally pulled over to look at it and as you can see in the picture it appears to have been improperly cooked.

I am personally a fan of the Wendy’s food chain, but I will never be going back to a Wendy’s after this experience. My family and I were on an 18 hour road trip, and let’s just say atrocious service is not a good mix with hangriness. The line to order seemed long, so we ordered on a kiosk. Our order status appeared on a tv which showed how many orders had to be made before ours, and when the order was available. As our order slowly inched up to the top, we waited amongst at least 30 other hungry customers. When our order was at the top, 45 minutes after we placed our order I may add, my husband noticed it on the counter, and walked up to grab our food. As he walked to the counter, an employee began to switch the items in our order with the items in another order. My husband politely told her each of the items we ordered, and asked that she put those items into our order. She stood there blank faced and confused. Ten minutes later, when she finally got the proper items in each order, we left, almost without the kids meal and drink that got mixed up in the process. Not only this, but the fries were cold and unseasoned, and the burgers seemed not fresh due to the long period of time they were sitting out. The price was the same as any Wendy’s you would come across, however seemed overpriced due to the incompetence of the workers. Hear me when I say, avoid this restaurant at all costs!

Very friendly people and excellent customer service.
My fries weren’t very hot so I asked for fresh and they delivered right away. Idk if I ordered the wrong burger but I didn’t get what I wanted. They took it back and gave me the one I wanted.
Oh, and… they weren’t selling the frosty Keychain but honored mine from last year.
THANK YOU!!!

Holiday weekend travelers bring in lots of people and then slow downs.
I could tell the team had, had a solid day.
Hailey (assume that’s how it’s spelt) took our order, was patient even with a slight crowd and really went above and beyond to make it a nice experience for us and even those around even at the expense and frustration of other teammates it seemed.
I noticed other customers expressing their appreciation to her kindness too

We were traveling to St. George for a trip and stumbled upon this place. I’m glad we did. It was super clean and the staff was super friendly especially Michael and Haley.
Food was warm and everything we wanted. I’ll be stopping at this place again on my way back to Salt Lake Lake.

No vegetarian meals, apart from the baked potato and fries. People are very nice, but there are usually too many people and too few workers, which leads to many messes.

They routinely have kiosks down so ordering is impossible. The staff is not trained to take orders when the kiosks are busy. Today there were two families ordering huge orders and there was no one being served Food. Clearly, the owner does not know that this is going on or it is ignoring the fact that the kiosks are down and there is no way to order otherwise. I wonder how many sales they are missing. Otherwise, I have eaten here when I can order and the food is great. Typical Wendy’s without being able to order.
This situation must be new because all the old reviews are positive. It is a shame to have a good franchise being run so poorly.

Understand the time , they were busy, but they saw me standing for 5 minutes to order and no one was able to even greet. The guy at the burgers was throwing all ingredients carelessly. And they were busy ? One lady came back stating that was why she took her break longer…
