I will never eat at this this Burger King again I’m from out of town the manager who who there was very disrespectful, I ask for my food fresh she consist on telling me it was fresh when it wasn’t , not to mention by son ordered food , he wanted his money back and she refused after telling her we want our money back she knew she was wrong so she called the police when the police came she lied to them , and what ever she told them , police told us we had to leave , so my son didn’t get his money back , with that being said this lady is rude and nasty just like the store, it was my sense in the beginning to eat here but my daughter wanted so I went, should’ve knew because of the area , but to make a long story short don’t her eat here at this location then she don’t know how’s hot talk to here employess

I won’t be returning to this location. The customer service was both poor and unprofessional, but the real kicker was the “extras” policy.
​The Upcharge: They actually tried to charge me for a single side of BBQ sauce.
​Missing Essentials: Despite charging for sauce, they couldn’t be bothered to include the basics. I opened my bag to find zero napkins and no straw.
​The Attitude: Given the nickel-and-diming for sauce, it makes me wonder if I was supposed to pay extra for the napkins and straw, too.
​It’s disappointing to see a business focus more on charging for a condiment than providing a complete, professional meal experience. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values their customers. Last time at this location.

The only thing I didn’t like was how early they close the dining room. I was still eating and felt rushed.

I think it was the manager who took my order. He was polite and I felt like he cared about my business. He even got me a refill in the drive-thru because the drink machine in the dining room had already been broken down.

My order was accurate and the food was good. I could have used more napkins, but I understand they can’t afford to assume everyone is going to automatically need extra.

They need to clean better the restaurant, they talked too much but less work, the uniforms need to be better and clean. Good, that they have a person it can communicate in another language, in that they have a plus. Their not polite at all. If they improve those will be a better place to go.

If I could give this Burger King a negative I would. Whoever Ms.Pat is, should lose her job. My family placed an online order for $40 and they handed it out to the wrong person. And when I arrived to receive my order for my children at that. MS.PAT REFUSED to remake my order and then began cussing us out and refusing to make the order. She is a terrible employee and a terrible manager and I will do everything in my power to MAKE sure she loses her job!

This BK is downright NASTY! The counter, takes, and chairs all have old food and drink on them as if they are never cleaned. Also, the employees are not attentive at all. I literally just stood in there for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When someone finally did come, they went to the woman behind me in the line and I had to wait. Just, don’t go here! If you need BK that bad, go to the one on Your Valley Rd. or Westgate Dr. in Durham.

The drive thru was closed at lunch time.

The inside of the store was not clean.
The place was not busy at all but it took some time to get the order. This was actually a good thing tho because the fries were fresh.

The whopper was mid. Kinda like someone in a rush or who didn’t care made it. Food rating would have been 5 if not for that.

They are still better than the three closest McDonald’s.

Me and my boyfriend came to get breakfast at 10:00, we ordered our regular croissant sandwiches. They messed up our order and had to remake it, one of the guys LEAVE in the middle of the shift while remaking our order, by the time he comes back to manager tells us he has to refund us because they’re serving lunch now, when THEY messed up our order. Never again.

If I could give a 0 I would. I just came up there and asked for my food fresh because if I didn’t it would have came out Luke warm at best. What they did was warm up some old chicken sandwiches and give them to me and made me wait like I was going to get fresh food. This was one of the most nastiest things I ever ate. I do not recommend
