Waited 30 mins for food just to come out cold. Got the lunch special, the fries didn’t cover the bottom. I asked the guy for another order which was 7 dollars. He gave me another order and again the fries didnt even cover the bottom. Poor guy seemed like he was running the place alone he was the nicest but I’m really disappointed in the quality of food.

I placed a take out order. When I got to the restaurant there was no clear sign to show where to pick up order. I was standing at the front and no one asked if I needed help. I went to stand by the bar and no one was there. When someone finally came by I told him I was there to pick up take out. He rudely said it’s over there. I walked away still not clear where to go. There was a waiter who didn’t ask if I needed help. I saw a person walking around a corner with a take out bag and followed. I believe as a prepaid customer it would have been nice to show better service. At least show me where to go. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. If it closed down I wouldn’t be surprised.

Buffalo is my most fav restaurant but this one was an absolute shock !! One of the worst BWW wings locations I have ever visited . Atrocious customer service .. the women in the bar was so rude and wouldn’t talk nice . The inside of the place was awesome and had so much space . We sat in the bar a d it was a joke when she got the blue moon TALL glass (which was 70% filled ) – photo attached . When you ask her about it, she rudely answers you and wouldn’t fill it to the top.
Food was average .. wings was dry and I wouldn’t dare ask the bartender for more sauce . She would anyway deny it. Cauliflower was tasty .

The Asian lady bar tender is one the meanest people I’ve ever met in my life. She is extremely mean on impact for no reason. She’s also very offensive. With all the people needing jobs right now I’m sure you can hire somebody with a better personality than this.

I visited on a Monday afternoon. It wasn’t busy but me and my mother-in-law waited a long long time for our food and when it arrived it was cold.

Edith the bar tender was not attentive at all. She came to our table, ask what we wanted for drinks but then started walking away as we’re talking to her. I asked for a certain type of drink but couldn’t finished saying how I wanted it, to no surprise she messed up the order. Other than asking for our drinks she never once spoke to us or verbally acknowledged anything extra we would ask for. She never checked in after we received our food. No hospitality at all. Instead giving our usual 20 + percent tip, we gave a 18 percent and thought that was too much. The atmosphere was louder than normal for even Buffalo Wild Wings norm.

yall we need to do something about this to go situation. cuz why am i standing around for 10 minutes waiting to be helped, especially after i do exactly what the app says to do for pick up. no signs about alternative pickup spots, no hostess to direct you…i know it’s rough out here but we gotta do better…i don’t think i’ll be coming back to this location again.
