I ordered a Ice coffee and they gave me a milk coffee. I had them re-make the coffee and this is what I received. The guy was nice but horrible ice coffee! I dont understand why every McDonald’s is different. McDonald’s apparently has No standards that carries across the board.

Look the update is nice but please why is it every time I come to this McDonald’s they are out of ingredients or they simply refuse to make my order this is actually ridiculous there seems to only be one person working too and the other employees just roam around on their phones. Over priced, terrible staff and over all sad(edit I would like to say there is one employee probably a manager that is very helpful and always looks busy and trys her hardest every time I see her she is amazing and when I do order from McDonald’s and see her I know my order will be right and given to me correct and I wish I knew her name to give her a good review because whatever she’s getting paid she needs more)

Super slow service. I ordered one happy meal inside and didn’t receive my order until after 20 drive thru cars went through. Like why did it take yall 20 minutes to make one happy meal. And fries were so burnt my daughter couldn’t eat them. And I was there only person inside.

This is by far the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. The staff never ever greet you. You’ll stand at the counter and they’ll just look at you but it’ll take a good 10 minutes before anyone reluctantly comes up to ask you if they can help you. They also are not actively participating in the Monopoly game thats going on right now. I’ve ordered breakfast twice and got zero stickers either time. Ya’ll need an entire staff makeover!!!!

Ever since they rebuilt this McDonald’s the food hasn’t been as good. Here’s a picture of my medium frappe, when I asked where the rest of it was she replied the machine automatically does it. It wasn’t blended well with big chunks. The food was cool and the fries were limp. So disappointed, they used to have the freshest food piping hot.

I realized again today why I only go to McDonalds every two or so years. The food is mediocre and there is no service anymore. The fries were bland and limp. The burger was lukewarm and smaller than I remember. They are not the fast food leader anymore.

Not just poor service, no service at all. Waited 45 minutes for our order. There many others waiting about as long as us. By the way, they were not very busy. No one at counter to ask for help. Worst McDonalds I have ever seen.

Couldn’t even eat here because there’s an underlying smell of must and bacteria in the air. This is precisely why I don’t go through the drive thru (IF I go out to eat at a fast food place). I cannot eat where the staff isn’t cleaning properly. First impressions are viable to a business, and visual/olfactory receptors have to be appeased! Didn’t eat there after walking in and my sense of smell being attacked, made my stomach churn.
