Is it a big building? No. Does the drive thru go fast? Also no. But if you go inside you can get some of the best breakfast tacos you’ve ever had in about 3 minutes. Sounds too good to be true? It’s not. I’ll do you one better… They make their own tortillas in house. When you walk in, it seems disorganized but you quickly realize the queue for the counter is down the main aisle. Menus are large and easily visible from anywhere in the restaurant. When you make it to the counter, you are immediately greeted by the staff (usually the owner himself is taking orders). Ordering and questions come quick but the food seems to come quicker. I absolutely do not recommend taking the drive thru as it is definitely not as efficient as the counter. The food is amazing and worth the chaos inside. After the first time, you’ll be a pro.

This place always has a line, and pretty good reviews. I decided to give it a try…and I was very disappointed. They didn’t include the extra avocado sliced I ordered and paid for. My request for no cheese on my taco was ignored…I am allergic to dairy and stated that in my order. And worst of all the meat on the chicharron taco was raw! I will never order from here again!!

This place is amazing. Best breakfast tacos ever. Everything I’ve tried here is top notch. Good quality, amazing flavor, obvious it’s cooked with a lotta love. Haven’t been able to work my way thru the entire menu, but I’ve tasted about half of what’s on it and it’s all amazing. The line can be long but they move a lot of people thru it quickly. They have a solid system. 100/100 all the good things. Eat here. Amazing food and it’s run by a great family.

I ordered 10 tacos and every single one of them was incorrect. I asked to add potato to steak and egg tacos and not only did the not give me any egg, they gave me mash potato on my tacos. These are by far the worst tacos I’ve ever had and I will not come back. Also included is a photo of one of the “tacos” after I took all the potato off. There’s like 3 pieces of meat. Be so forreal.

Moved to San Antonio, I drive back to Freddys to get breakfast tacos. I miss this place so much, there’s nothing else I’ve found that comes close to variety, quality, & value. Hands down the best breakfast tacos I’ve had the fortune of eating in my 40 years on this Earth. We love you Freddy, you make some amazing food.

Went on 6/25 and was expecting the food to taste a lot better. Barbacoa was oily and greasy, was expecting some good homemade tortillas since they advertised “the best in town” but was disappointed when I realized they used regular tortillas de maíz. Certainly not the best in town.
