You can count on this Sonic to get your order wrong. It really makes no sense. Place order through App, pulled up and explained through the speaker how the order should be prepared. THEY STILL GOT IT TOTALLY WRONG. Who owns and/or manages this place. LAWD!!!

Wanted to get breakfast for my kids this morning but I really wasn’t in a breakfast mood so stopped at sonic good thing because the kids didn’t seem to want breakfast food either. After ordering a ton of food, food came out really fast only thing was they forgot my cheese sauce for the pretzels I ordered so I pressed the button and asked for the cheese sauce. So glad they forgot it because my cheese sauce came out with a lady on roller skates and I loved it customer service was great and food came out hot. Sorry ate most of the food before I remembered to take pictures ♀️

Ordered an oreo cheesecake shake. Took 30 minutes. But then I got the wrong shake. Oreo comes with oreo, right? and where’s the cheesecake?
it had something brown sprinkled on one side like heath, maybe?
called back to replace and said it was the wrong shake, and I had ordered oreo cheesecake
this shake is sad
oreo dust within the ice cream and no cheesecake for $6?
I expect better. used to be better cookie & cheesecake crumbles on top at least and usually blended throughout the shake.
oh well, I guess Sonic has gone to hell, too

Despite the bad reviews I decided to try this location anyways. The staff were polite, service was very fast, order was correct and fresh. Definitely a very nostalgic experience.
