I gave them 2 stars for service because we had to wait for our food which was fine but it turned into waiting for about a good 15 minutes or more, way to long. The odd thing is, we were waiting for the Chicken nuggets of all things never had that happen before.

just went to get breakfast, ordered through drive through and they forgot one of our sandwiches which this wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t the 4th time they’ve done this to me. my boyfriend got a hot chocolate and it tasted like the milk had gone bad and our sandwhiches were cold

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. They always forget part of my order- fries, burger, etc. and they never put onions on my burgers. You have to check your bag before you leave because you’ll be sad when you get home 9/10 times. I’ve wasted so much money on food I’ve paid for but never received!

absolutely one of the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I’ve been to him from here from New York to California and even ones that have chefs in them this one in Plainfield Connecticut is above a 10 this is why I give them five stars or customer service was excellent food was quick and the restaurant itself was spotless and pretty upscale you can bring your family here for a dinner and they would think that they were at a 5 Star restaurant

TWO FLIES IN MY ICED COFFEE!
Went through the drive thru and ordered an iced coffee. Everything seemed fine until after I took a few sips. Stuck to the side (on the inside of the cup) was a fly, once I examined closer I found another floating in the coffee
When I took it inside there were flies everywhere behind the counter
The manager said she’d refund the drink but didn’t have anyone’s phone number higher up for me to speak to. As I was walking away she presented the coffee to other coworkers and they all bursted out laughing before I had even left!
I love McDonald’s and don’t have unrealistic expectations but just a disgusting occurrence and even worse customer service

Very rude.. it’s 1:17am the the menu board is turned off.. I pull up because Google said this location was 24 hours. The young lady asked me what I want and I told her I’m not sure because the board isn’t lit up so with the attitude in her tone of voice, she says well that’s because we’re limited like come on McDonald’s are you 24 hours or not? Sounds like your employees don’t want to take anyone’s orders. I don’t even like McDonald’s starving after doing a second shift at work but definitely will go to Wendy’s next time

I ordered my DoorDash and ofc forgot to put the only ketchup option because I am allergic to mustard. I couldn’t find a way to edit the food instructions through DoorDash knowing it was completely my fault because I forgot to say only ketchup. I called the restaurants store phone and Mario answered my call right away so friendly and respectfully. He never gave me any hard times or problems about my order and he was so understanding throughout the whole phone call. There arnt enough people in the world like him so he definitely deserves some credit where it is due because he just made my whole night ! ❤️
