Ordered a caramel machiatto…. it came like this. I stopped and looked at the girl in the window and although I knew the answer I asked “is this a machiatto?” And she said yes. It in fact was not. It was “premixed” but it’s really just caramel and milk… no espresso to be sensed. Disappointed…

I was waiting at the counter to pick up my order, and when I received the order, a soda was missing.I explained to the person that I was missing an item, at which point she closed the window in my face like I’m done with you,I then went inside the store, where they made me wait more than 5 minutes to give me the missing item, and on top of that, when they finally got around to serving me, they took even longer to get me a soda. When I finally got tired of waiting and was leaving the store, the manager or employee started calling after me. Unfortunately, that’s not service; it’s disrespectful and unprofessional. Neither the manager nor the employee who gave me the food at the window should be working there. I’m not one to criticize anyone’s job, but I work with customers every day, and for this to happen on Christmas Day is simply not right.

This is the worst McDonalds around. Stick to the one on Daniel Webster. This location is a disaster. The food is always soggy and cold. I dont think ive ever recieved the correct soda. Every employee ive interacted with at this location is rude. They’re always doing “shady” stuff and I personally think there might be something else going on behind the scenes.

The most recent issue is that I placed an order through the McDonalds app, well before the advertised breakfast cut off time. The order went through and said a driver was coming to pick it up. 20-30 minutes later I get a text from the driver who is at this McDonalds and said that the McDonalds employees are refusing to make anything breakfast related. Not that they were out of anything. They just didnt want to do the job they’re getting paid to do. No offer of substitution. Nothing.

Why couldn’t they have just called me or blocked the order from going through in the first place if it was past their imaginary time they picked for no reason. Why advertise separate breakfast/dinner hours if you don’t adhere to them?

Now they wasted the driver’s time and gas, they wasted our time waiting around expecting food. They waited so late to let anyone know; now we don’t even have time to find something else to eat. This location/franchisee needs to be looked into a bit more by corporate.

Maybe they need new audio equipment?

Drive through guy asked me 5 times what sauce I want. I asked for buffalo every time. I got sweet and sour.

Asked for a spicy snack wrap, I got ranch.

If I came here more often than once every couple of months I’d take the time to actually complain.

This location’s got by far the worst staff out of all the locations I’ve ever been to extremely rude all the time. I was doing doordash during the storm and they refused let you use the drive-thru even though there’s 10 in of snow on their walkways because nobody is clearing them the manager on staff doesn’t even speak English avoid this location at all cost there are better McDonald’s 5 min sway

I ordered a french fry and an ice cream cone via the app. I got a notification that my order was ready so I went inside to pick it up. I proceeded to stand there for another 15 minutes with other people who was also waiting for their orders. Some guy went up and asked for his order to which they proceeded to get ready a two bag order for him. Then, a lady went up to the counter and asked for her order, which was actually an order that was before that prior customer. This lady ordered an iced coffee and waited over 15 minutes for her iced coffee. None of the employees were attending to the customers in the lobby. Somebody was mopping the floor the entire time around where we were standing Without putting wet floor signs anywhere. I am pregnant, and the floor was soaking wet being mopped while they were six customers in the lobby. I went up to ask for my order after I realized they weren’t taking care of any of the customers in the lobby and only focusing on the drive-through. I said that I was waiting over 10 minutes since my order said it was ready, I did not get an apology or anything at all. I don’t even think an employee said anything to me. I said my order number and they turned around and just got it ready. Absolutely unacceptable service.

The rudest employees I’ve ever had an encounter with. Those ladies in that AM that’s what I’ll call them since I have women siblings are horrible super rude and miserable specially at the front counter. That AM morning manager was horrible no customer service skills at all!

Ill start with my large fry that was practically a small, lol. Onto the smash burgers, where my whole burger got pushed on top before serving. Then to the drive thru line has been ridiculous too many times now. You’re too lazy to press a button on your headset to swap channels as someone who just worked 10x harder than you is on their way home and let 3+ people order infront of them? (on their way home too, besides the point.) So they wait longer on your laziness rather than inability.. This hasn’t happened once, not twice to my partner, but more times with me. My cousin always bad mouthed this place/the people in it the past years i didnt have my own vehicle and now I see why. Id much rather grab some bubbas and chicken patties at the store, and you’d be out of my business if I knew how to make a caramel frappe.

The food is constantly messed up, an order made 30+ minutes prior resulted in me having to wait 15 more minutes just to get the wrong drink, mind you this was a simple triple cheeseburger meal, not the entire menu. The entitled female manager and her friends really bog this place down, she is very condescending and the rest of the higher ups seem to be driving this place to the ground as well. I see more phone use here than actual work. They also treat the older guy like crap whos disabled, not real supportive towards the disabled community like corporate claims in their ads it seems.
After so many complaints from the community, over months, nothing happens.
